The room is very spacious, and the most important thing is that there are 2 bus facilities provided by the hotel (bus to NRT Airport (terminals 1,2 and 3) and JR NRT Station Bus. We arrived at 11pm so the shuttle had already stopped running. We had to hire an Uber to get there. I reserved 2 rooms and one of the rooms had ants on the walls and on the bed. They moved 2 of us to a guest suite which was cleaner, more spacious, but actually kind of creepy. The second room was clean and had no issues.

Close to the airport with convenience of shuttle bus. Rooms are a bit old but pretty spacious. There is a nice view of garden from the restaurant. Shuttle bus staff at the other hotel stop was quite rude to the passengers. I understand she needed to place everyone to the bus, however, she could approach in different manner.

The free shuttle bus not only to and from the airport but to the narita station and the Aeon shopping mall helped a lot. And the room was clean and since I stayed on the 9th floor I enjoyed watching the airplanes fly off was a wonderful experience.
