A highly recommended hotel in Tokyo. It's connected to several subway lines. It offers vending machines for coffee, tea, and chocolate, which guests can enjoy from morning to night. There's a Family Mart downstairs, open 24/7. The rooms are also quite comfortable, with complete amenities.

Hotel has an amazing view of the city from each room and from the lobby. Rooms are well set up with amenities. The carpet in my room was a bit tired looking and the wall paper a bit scraped on the corner where i put my suitcase on a rack. Staff spoke good English and were helpful. Nice buffet breakfast.

This is far from a luxury hotel.I’m first of all when you show up, there was no one at the door because the hotel is on the 25th floor and there is a telephone to call upstairs if you need help, but it does not work. So if you need help with longer, you are on your own. Second of all, the rooms are tiny and tired. The people who work there are very polite if a little rigid, but overall very accommodating. We booked a room for two people which turned out to be so small that the queen size bed was shoved up against the wall, so one person would have to disturb the other to get out of bed and the closet had only enough space for two hangers. Front Desk initially refused to make the change until we contacted. Hotels.com and the manager stepped in and moved us to a slightly bigger room. He was very nice. The breakfast which we paid an additional $49 a day for was at very best mediocre. The setting was lovely with lovely views, but the food options that the buffet were not commensurate with other luxury hotels. I’ve stayed in Asia. Overall, a solid three star hotel.

Staff: Very polite and courteous throughout. Could effectively communicate with us in English as we did not know how to speak Japanese. Seamless transfer of baggage between rooms due to having 2 separate reservations. Room/hotel amenities: The room itself is moderately sized for two people (by Tokyo standards) and reasonably fit our baggage. It was regularly replenished with amenities, including water. The mini fridge was also useful for storing snacks and drinks purchased from the Family Mart located in the basement of the building. Tokyo Tower (slightly obscured) and Mt. Fuji are visible from the room. Location/transit: The hotel is within walking distance of Ginza and Tsukiji Fish Market. Major tourist areas like Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Asakusa are all roughly 30 min away by transit so the hotel is a suitable location as a "home base". Our one-way taxi ride from Haneda airport was around 8500-9000 yen since our driver got a little lost.
