A highly recommended hotel in Tokyo. It's connected to several subway lines. It offers vending machines for coffee, tea, and chocolate, which guests can enjoy from morning to night. There's a Family Mart downstairs, open 24/7. The rooms are also quite comfortable, with complete amenities.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Located in a safe area about 8 minutes in taxi from Tokyo station. There is a train station right across the property which is very convenient if you don’t want to be taking a taxi everywhere. The hotel staff and concierge are one of the best I have ever seen; they made our stay extremely comfortable and treated us like royalty. We will stay here again next time we visit Tokyo.

Great hotel that is a step-above and is a great value. Short walk from the Shimbashi station either above ground or underground which is convenient if it is raining. The hotel ambiance is very quiet and the floors are filled with Japanese artwork. The hotel starts on the 25th floor so your views pretty much 360 degrees from the hotel and the rooms are amazing. You can easily have a pretty view of the Tokyo tower and Mt. Fuji on a clear day. Helpful staff and clean rooms. We fell in love with the Shimbashi area. Full of great little restaurants and bars. The area is full of energy. It is two JR stops south of the Tokyo station and is served by 5 separate JR lines. On top of that the station is also served by the Ginza, Asakusa, and Toei-Oedo subway lines. So you can get pretty much anywhere you would want to go in Tokyo via these lines. We took a direct line from Shimbasi to the Haneda Airport (all terminals served).

The Park hotel is well located above the Shiodome station and also accessible from the Shimbashi station which is fairly easy to locate using the directions provided by the hotel and following the signs within the stations. The rooms were clean and spacious but with the hotel being located above the station the noise from the trains is very audible from our room on the 28th floor. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the Ginza area with plenty of shops and dining options.

Breakfast buffet was excellent espe ially if you are like me snd need gluten free options. Quality was amazing. Had gluten free rolls, some sort japanese sweet potatpo dish, sticky rice, miso fruit, brie, oat milk, soy milk, almond milk. Room a bit disappointing for price we paid about $600usd per night not worth it. We could get better for that amount but chose it because we thought it looked newer and high end similar to The carlton only more artsy. We had the "deluxe" double room with 3rd bed but it smelled musty and needed some updating of furniture that looked old and needing cleaning or replacing. Looks smaller than photos but ok size. The artist room "Sumo" was interesting but could use a bit of refreshing, cleaning of chair upholstery , a bed with less HAIR between the sheet and comforter (no undersheet was below the comforter and above the bottom sheet that you sleep on top of. Not a fitted sheet and top sheet so you are sleeping in direct contact with the comforter (which i hate). Finally, the room needed a decent number of outlets. Only 1one side of the king bed and nothing on the other and one at the tv table /desk that's useable and thats it. Not enough for 2 people with 2 phones, 2 tablets, chargers or other things. Helpful and friendly staff and good location. Room was quiet and reasonably nice but not 5 star. For what you get, $200 or $300 per night during peak per night would be more in line.

The lobby is beautiful, the staff very nice and attentive. The rooms were also nice and clean. The food offering was quite expensive but probably comparable to similar hotels. The hotel also has room service, which is very convenient after a long day. The service at the two restaurants of the hotel was one of the best service we have experienced in Japan. From a location point of view, the area seems more business-oriented and there was nothing really close like restaurants. There is, however, a subway station in the same tower as the hotel, which was very convenient.

Staff was very warm and welcoming, always saying hi with a smile when passing. Room was very nice with a breathtaking view and great amenities. It’s very upscale and artsy in the hotel and they change the exhibits every few days. The restaurant had some great wines available and delicious food. Luxury and convenience

Absolutely wonderful luxury hotel, if you are considering this place just go ahead and book! Train station is right outside the door and tons of restaurants within half a mile. Staff was very warm and welcoming, always saying hi with a smile when passing. Room was very nice with a breathtaking view and great amenities. It’s very upscale and artsy in the hotel and they change the exhibits every few days. The restaurant had some great wines available and delicious food. Luxury and convenience
