Clean room, helpful staff, good ameneties and location

You up our time at this hotel, absolutely beautiful room, stunning views. The staff were so attentive and helpful and room service was excellent. The food was so delicious!

The Park Hotel is located in the business area of Tokyo - so much quieter at the weekend. That said its a great location for travelling to other prefectures to really experience the business of the city. The hotel is well maintained, the staff are very welcoming and there are great views across Tokyo.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly as well. I tried the breakfast. I feel it was a bit overpriced but okay. Shops were nearby I would say about 15 min away. The view from our hotel was nice as well.

Liked everything, location, room, cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff, 5 stars out of 5, I will keep booking in this hotel.

Great location and experience.

I will keep it simple. First time in Tokyo. Amazing experience. Park hotel itself and staff were top notch. Most friendly and respectful people. Hotel was superior and clean as a whistle. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Loved it!!! Staff were polite & helpful. Room was lovely, we had an artist room and were on the top floor so had amazing views including of Tokyo tower. Loved the self service wine and beer in the lobby. And having the coffee machine in the lobby was also very handy. Location wasn’t quite as handy as I thought it was going to be, especially for the airport but it was still close enough to transport to get around the city plus, a nice surprise was the fact the Ghibli Nittele clock was pretty much outside

This is a great hotel, at a wonderful location with wonderful service. The room I stayed in was comfortable and spotless, but showed a few signs of fatigue, especially the shower. Still, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The Park Hotel Tokyo was a nice stay for our last night in Tokyo before flying back to the USA. We thought the room was clean and the views from the hotel were wonderful. We also enjoyed the convenience of the metro lines directly connected to the hotel. However, compared to the other hotels we stayed during our trip to Japan, this one offered the least amenities. There was no ice machine on the main lobby floor and they only offered free hot coffee and tea options (no cold tea or coffee). They also had some alcoholic beverage options, but they all had a cost where we had other properties that offered free beer, sake and wine. There were also no snack options available which other properties also offered. The onsite restaurant was very nice, but also a bit costly. The rooms were nice and were larger than our other stay in Tokyo. Overall - we had a nice stay, but think there are better options if you wish to have more amenities.

The location is great. There is Family Mart down stairs so you do not even have to leave the building. It is in B2F. And this area, B2F, leads you to the Oedo line. I liked that the hotel was on the top half of the building because you get a good view of the city at night. We got the Tokyo Tower view. It was great! I loved watching the trains go by. I also liked that the hotel is an art museum. The only bad thing is that it only had two working washer and dryers.

Hotel is close to subways. Inside is full of art works which is very soothing atmosphere. Staffs are incredibly polite and helpful. Having free gourmet coffee and tea in yhe lobby was very handy. Mostly i love about the hotel was view from lobby was incredible.

We had an amazing stay at Park Hotel Tokyo. The staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond for all our needs. The room was spotless, comfortable and offered incredible views of the Tokyo skyline. The morning coffee bar was a life saver and the breakfast at the restaurant was outstanding. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Park Hotel Tokyo.

What a wonderful hotel! Immaculately clean and very comfortable. We loved all the art and walking distance to many sights and neighborhoods. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed this hotel, from the view, to the quietness to the art gallery! My only complaint are the walking directions from Google Maps! It’s actually much easier to navigate once you understand the elevated pedestrian walkway and the connected Shiodome and Shimbashi stations. Very comfortable room with nice amenities. I was very comfortable!
