Very nice hotel and super nice staff. Walkable to Hakata station. My room was facing the train tracks so it got noisy at night and needed ear plugs.

Choose this Tokyu Stay only if you don't mind it being so close to the train tracks near Hakata Station. I didn't mind only because I used to live in New York City. The facilities are traditional in style (separate toilet room from shower/tub room), but easily separated by a sliding door.

The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the in-room washer/dryer, which made a big difference during my stay. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped.Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Stayed for 6 nights.
Room was slightly larger than average, able to fit 2 medium sized luggage.
Window is able to open to allow fresh air, and air-conditioning was powerful due to it's a personal unit (not centralised).
Plus was in room washer & dryer unit and microwave.
Downside is:
- Beside train track
- South side of JR Hakata Stn., quiet neighbourhood with nothing much around hotel.
Highly recommended.
Will be back again.

Huge rooms. Perfect for older adults who wants to stay close to the station, the rooms are spacious, even provide washing machine and ironing board which we don’t need. The free coffee machine is a bonus. Rates are even cheaper on a Saturday night.

Service is good and you can even rent refa hair styling product which is awesome. The only down sides are ,Tourist with large luggage would have to walk it on a bumpy road , in order to get to the station.
