The hotel's location is very strategic and easy to access and find. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. There is a 50 Ringgit deposit. Wi-Fi is quite fast. The room is quite clean. Hot water works normally. Towels are provided for 2 pax. The TV works normally, and it turns out the smart TV allows you to watch YouTube (premium too). After checking out, you can leave your luggage for free in the lobby. There are hot and regular water dispensers, which is quite helpful. Next to the hotel there are many restaurants and it is very close to Jalan Alor.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of delicious eateries nearby. The rooms are very clean, and the service team is friendly. God willing, I'll return there next time I visit KL.

the best apartment I've ever had during my several visits to Kuala Lumpur...clean and comfortable rooms with a view of the city center, spacious infinity pool with a cool view of the twin towers and KL tower. If I go to KL again, I will stay at Greystone Colony KLCC.

I like it because it's very close to Decathlon. There's another new hotel nearby, but price is too high. Overall stay was ok. Room was nice, AC worked properly, clean bathroom, comfy pillows.
