My husband and I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which added to the overall luxury experience. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient, getting us settled and on our way in no time. The hotel's facilities, including the reliable water heater and fast Wi-Fi, were top-notch. Additionally, the location is unbeatable - perfect for exploring the city around. It is a private apartment unit that is rented so that the check-in and check-out process is assisted by staff who will come to the lobby after being contacted. Overall, the apartment is very comfortable to rest. The room is quite spacious, suitable for bringing children. Cutlery and cooking utensils are available, there is a washing machine and microwave too. The location is quite strategic although not very close to tourist attractions such as pavilion, alor street, although not too far so you can still walk, but the atmosphere is quite calm. Maybe will recommend this place to colleagues who will be on vacation to KL.

This hotel is highly recommended for travelers who spend most of the day outside and only need a place to sleep at night. With its affordable price, I truly recommend it as a convenient resting spot after a long day of exploring. The location is excellent, right in Bukit Bintang and just a short walk to the monorail station. The room is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is also well-maintained with good water pressure. The staff is very kind and friendly, which makes the stay even more pleasant. In my opinion, it’s still cheap and worth it compared to other hotels, because for such a reasonable price, the facilities provided are more than satisfying. Just a quick note : Malaysia has a government-mandated tourism tax of RM10 per night for all foreign passport holders. This applies to all hotels nationwide, not just this one.

Stay at the property for 3 nights, everything is good! The location is great, only 5 minutes walk to Pavilion mall. The check in and check out process went smoothly, no elevator (lift) problem during stay. The bedrooms and bathroom are clean.

The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

Thanks Soho by Rest KLCC. It's a great place to stay with family. Enjoyed my stay here as the location is very close to Suria KLCC as well as Bukit Bintang. The owner is also very nice.

It was a pleasant day staying in Ceylonz. The staff was really polite and helpful. Moreover, the location is very strategic, the closest LRT station is Masjid Jamek, approximately 7 mins by walk. The price includes some facilities like a gym, infinity pool, basic toiletries, towel, etc. The good thing was I even got a free upgrade to the room that I rented so that I could do the laundry. I also had a very good city view and was enjoying the gym and infinity pool with the Kuala Lumpur city's background that much. Looking forward to coming back there again ☺.

The location is perfect, right next to the LRT station. The room is on the top floor, so you can get a city view. The room is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. As described, there is a cooler, wash & dry machine, steam iron, complete amenities, cutlery, towels, etc. Service is just a WhatsApp message away, no foreign tax, no deposit. I will definitely come back here again. Recommended for those looking for a complete apartment concept.

I like it because it's very close to Decathlon. There's another new hotel nearby, but price is too high. Overall stay was ok. Room was nice, AC worked properly, clean bathroom, comfy pillows.
