It's ok to stay for 1 day, please fix the wifi, the problem is that it doesn't reach the room, there is no toothpaste, please make the direction of the Qibla for prayer, please prepare a gallon of drinking water, a spoon, a glass of sugar, tea, please also prepare, it's a bit scary, the problem is that it's quiet and our room is at the back

With this price point, you can't expect too much, but the nearby bus station and food stalls made things very convenient. On the downside, the TV only offered one channel. The walls are also quite thin, so I wouldn't recommend it if you are traveling with an infant.

While my stay had a rocky start, the staff's professionalism saved the experience. ​The Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, and the service and facilities are generally high quality. The reception team is the standout feature—they are attentive and quick to respond to guest concerns. ​The Cons: Unfortunately, the first room I was assigned had several issues. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, and the toilet was quite cramped and not up to standard regarding cleanliness. ​The Resolution: I brought these concerns to the front desk, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful. They quickly arranged a room change for me. The second room was a significant improvement—much cleaner, more comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. ​Summary: I appreciate a team that takes feedback seriously and acts fast. Because of their excellent service recovery, I would still consider staying here again.

The Wi-Fi doesn't work.... The room photos in the app are also different.

The room was moderately good and clean, but the toilet could be improved. The toilet is small and the low water pressure made showering less satisfying. The water heater on the 3rd floor was broken; I had to go downstairs and cross the street to get hot water from the lobby. The location is very close to the food court, the festival site, and also the Jeruk Madu Pak Ali shop.

Our room does not have a remote air conditioner. When we asked you to say that all rooms do not have remotes (which is logical). Narrow room.
