We spent 4 days 3 nights at the Grand Lexis Port Dickson, this place is a lovely vacation spot for anyone especially for the kids with private pool (kids friendly hotel). The staff were very tentative and friendly, rooms are cleaned up every day and any demand is resolved within minutes. Breakfast need improvement everyday is a same. Wonderful place to enjoy a quiet beach experience even the weather (rainy day) didn't spoil our holiday and most difficult moment was the day we had to leave this place. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable, I am pleased with the accommodation. Nice place to stay and for sure with the private pool we can simply swimming especially we are Muslim family. Will come again for next trip. My children really enjoy

Everything was perfect. The bed was comfy, room was clean, the private swimming pool is bigger than expected. The breakfast was also satifying. Recommended for family vacation.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I made a booking for Grand Lexis, but upon arrival, my name could not be found in the system. It turned out that the booking was under Lexis Port Dickson instead. The room provided was cheaper than the price I had paid. The air conditioning had problems, the jacuzzi was not functioning, and the toilet flush was also not working. This was supposed to be a special birthday celebration, but the entire experience was ruined by the booking confusion, room issues, and poor facilities. The service and overall experience did not meet my expectations at all. I hope the management will investigate this matter seriously and provide an appropriate resolution, as this experience caused considerable disappointment and inconvenience.

I cannot feel the air conditioning at all. The room stayed warm throughout the night, and I couldn’t sleep because of the heat. Please have the air conditioner checked and properly maintained.
