Had a great weekend with friends with great facilities.
Thanks the free birthday cake provide by hotel.
Great amenities but cleanliness can be improved
Overall is a great place for family short getaway. Room is spacious and all is good however the children is a slightly dangerous for children and it does not meet the specifications for children.
A great place. worth for money. spacious room.
Meals are not international which we didn't eat
It's a nice and relax place. My child is really enjoy with the pool inside the room.
A good hotel and nice place for family.
Will definitely come back again.

Not So Grand
My husband, myself and our guest (couple from Canada) came here to relax. We enjoyed the pool. However there are some improvement needed. The fridge was not cool & we had to purchase ice cubes to chill our beverages. The room floor needs some TLC. They had 2 of everything ( towel plates mugs etc) we had to request additional towels etc. (the bed was 2 king we expect all provided for 4 person) The worse was the microwave it had mold in it. Overall the pool & the beds was haven.

Rooms for improvement
Stayed at Deluxe Pool Villa for two nights and room was huge but then dusty. I'm keep on sneezing upon entering the room and the bedsheet smell no good. Choose this hotel because of the privacy of the room pool, great but the water so cold. Water pressure no good if another tap is open and insufficient of power socket in the room. One of the power socket beneath the TV is not working and the binding unable to roll up and down.

Short break!!
Arrived early about 11am, due to Hotel fully occupied and not able for early check in, children was disappointed. Plan for the outdoor activities but due to hot weather and choose to wait at lobby for check. Friendly staff, although room is now available and she allowed me to registered in advance. Second approach to check in counter, surprising that the staff informed the room (Premium Pool Villa) still not available and Hotel Management is offering FREE UPGRADE to Grand Pool Villa - upper unit (with infinity pool view) for immediate check in, thank you for the complimentary upgrade. Buggy service from lobby to room is great, but if from room to lobby better walk being the waiting time is long. Spacious room, we stay with 3 adults 2 kids, room lighting is too warm. Kitchenettes with useful microwave easily to preheat the food. Room cleaning so-so, bed area is dusty. Open infinity private pool is great which is facing the sea, pool is suitable for 3-5 persons for enjoying, chairs are available next to pool but not much space to hang the wet swimsuit. Not suitable for night swimming due to darkness at pool area. Maintenance needed for pool area. Kid was minor injured during swimming in day 2. The changing room, bathroom and toilet wall color is too dark and look dirty, will good is brighter color. TV reception is not clear but still view-able, disappointed with not support USB player. DVD player is available but not sure is working or not. Mini fridge was not clod enough. Walkway at night is very dark and not suitable to walk around.

Packed and poor service
This is my second time here, arrived on a weekend for a night stay only. Lobby area is too small cannot accommodate big crowd. Check in and out takes time. Stayed at the Premium pool villa. Room was cozy and clean but water in pool was too cold for a swim. Breakfast area and spread was poor as well.

Will not pick up call
I've gone to Grand Lexis Resort because I enjoy the privacy, private pool, and the breakfast buffet. However, I was greatly disappointed with the service when I went with my friends last Friday. Granted, some of the staff (I.e the ones that welcome you at the door, and the one who drives the buggy) were very friendly and accommodating. However, the front desk and maintenance really do not know how to pick up a call. On the second night, my friends and I realised that it was pretty hot in our room and we soon realised that he air-con is not working. We've tried calling for maintenance using the room phone so many times and no one picked up our call. We ended up trying to call for so many numbers including the front desk and still no one picked up our call. After one hour trying, frustrated, one of my friends try to call using her mobile phone. We were so shocked that someone actually picked up! They thought we were external customers and when my friend said we are actually guests in the hotel and explain about their air-con situation, then only they told us to wait. They soon come to the room and fixed our problem. We were glad that the air-con works fine after that but we were greatly disappointed that no one picked up our call for one hour. And our call is only answered when used our mobile phone instead. Honestly speaking, you guys have a great resort but the front desk service is greatly disappointing. I hope something will be done. Thank you.
