It was an excellent stay. Appreciate the services of all your staff (front office, housekeeping & your Senior Assistant Manager Mr. Stephen Devadas). It was a great hospitality service, which made me and my family had a wonderful stay. The room suit for a family with kids and were clean, big, beautiful. Short stay and we had a small problem in our hotel room but it was immediately attend/solve by your Mr. Stephen. He was very friendly and always ready to help us (guest). All the staff was very helpful with smiling face. We will surely come back and will recommend the hotel to our relatives and friends. Tq

Amazing 5 stars hotel that do not discriminate guests.
Fast check in, great and clean room, cozy pillows and bed. Most of all, we had our car washed. It was dusty and full of cats fur when we checked in, but surprisingly, it was shining when we were going out for dinner. Although it was only a 20 years old Iswara.

Excellent Service
The staff were very attentive from concierge to housekeeping and restaurant/bar as well. They are all very polite and well mannered. They will greet you in every encounter and very helpful on your quiries. The room is not so clean (we found a condom packaging under the center table). The towel is quite hard, not so aoft to skin. I suggest bring your own body towel. The breakfast buffet is very filling. Good choices to choose from. Food at the restaurant is fresh and delicious.

Great as always!
This was my fifth stay at the lexis range hotel. We had a lovely time as always. Place was clean, towels were super clean, beddings were super comfort and the staff are not thrifty with smiles and greetings. Staff from guards at the parking lot to bell boys were very friendly.

Amazing weekend gateway with friends
We stay at Deluxe Suite. The room is clean. The amenities is spacious. Around 8 pm, the housekeeping give us an extra towel+toiletries even though is not requested from us. The room is luxury enough for us. Staff are friendly.
