Small room without windows. Dark room doesn’t have proper lighting and doesn’t have a lift. The receptionist was very rude. Check-in process and deposit is complex. You have to have a RM 50 currency note.

clean room but too small, pillow good, AC good, Toilet good. There are no lift facilities, so this needs to be taken into consideration if you are bringing family members who cannot climb stairs.

The receptionist can't speak malay while being in malaysia. The water was slow and the shower is a bit broken, the room was small as it only has a king bed, not a good experience.

Pros: 1. The bed is so comfy. 2. Nice interior design. 3. Toilet is spacious. Cons: 1. Room a bit smaller. For muslim, limited space to perform prayer 2. No elavator. My room is on the 2nd floor. So tired climbing up the stairs 3. No coffee/tea inside room (but there is a coffee machine at receiptionist) 4. A bit hard to find halal restaurant. You have to travel about 15min to find one. But if you like mamak restaurant, there are a few restaurant there
