The check-in staff, named RAYMOND, was very professional and 5-star. Very fast and accurate. All the staff here provided excellent service, including housekeeping, bellboys, and the police.

I think this hotel is one of the most perfect mid-tier hotels. The location, cleanliness, room, facilities like gym and swimming pool, and even the view itself. I have to highlight the part where every staff is friendly, smiles written all over their face whenever we exchange a conversation. The hotel is not far from LRT Chow Kit, 5 minutes walk from exit A. The staff are so kind and helpful, they will collect you 30 MYR for tourism tax if I'm not mistaken, the room is completed with basic amenities we need, no need to bring toothpaste, toothbrush, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand wash, they have it all. The cleaning service will clean the room every day so you will have a clean room when you back to the hotel. The room is quite spacious for me (solo) with 2 luggage and still have many spaces. Nearby there is KK Mart open 24/7 and also Mydin and 7/11 are across the street. Breakfast is just good enough to have before starting the day. I have nothing to complain about. This hotel is worth the money.
