As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 3.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

The said tax is exempted for Malaysian nationals and permanent residents with a MyPR card which needs to be produced upon check in for verification purposes. This is in accordance with the new law gazetted by the Ministry of Finance and Royal Malaysian Customs Department and the amount will be reflected in the proforma or tax invoices accordingly.

The bathroom is dimly lit. Toothbrush not provided. 1st day stay, old towel. On the 2nd day, I got a new towel The outside area of the hotel is quite quiet at night. The staff is ok. Very helpful.

Kelihatannya hotel agak tua, tetapi bersih, luas, AC dingin, staff ramah, fasilitas kamar lengkap. Lantai kamar mandi agak licin, sebaiknya sediakan sendal, riskan terpeleset. Shower ok, air panas ok. Dekat ke river jembatan Kg. Jawa. Breakfast 15RM enak, banyak pilihan, kenyang.

I checked In at 5am: when I arrived at the hotel, I insisted on the Tourist Fee, Du had emailed before asking the app for the room fee, which included all taxes and fees. Here is a picture of the hotel giving me back When I deposit RM 100 and return RM 88 My collection RM 10 Visitor fee to visit something Malay + RM 2 Tax If I go to another Hotel, I don't collect any what money??? Everyone should not stay at this hotel

We booked a family room for four nights. The staffs are friendly. The hotel is a bit old especially the carpet, but the room is very spacious. The bed, pillow, bathroom are all very clean. Very strategic location, near Jonker and Bunga Raya. Easy to find food. Recommended. Will be back.

Kamar luas, sarapan enak. Petugas responsif. Awal datang ternyata kamar belum dibersihkan jadi ganti kamar. Setelah diganti, wifi tidak tersambung dan TV tidak menyala. Setelah menelpon resepsionis, petugas langsung datang. Lokasi dekat untuk ke daerah sungai dan Jonker Walk.
