The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The beds were OK the sheets were clean. Basically, it was value for money.

The WiFi is so slow. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. There are toiletries provided but toothbrush and toothpaste are not part - they actually sell those according to the staff. Location was great though.

Good location where the hotel not to far from main venues in Malacca. Overall the receiptionist helpful and informative but she forgot to informed about tourist tax. Foods for breakfast are standard, they need to provide various breakfast

This hotel is located in the middle of Kee Ann night market where there are plenty of street vendor selling street food with affordable price. The room that I was staying at is also large and clean. Highly recommended

Important Note
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. General Check-in Instructions
Effective from 1 April 2012, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory RM2.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. With effect from 01st September 2017 onwards, All hotels in Malaysia are required to charge a Tourism Tax (TTx) @ RM 10.00 nett per room per night in addition to the above rates quoted. The said tax is exempted for Malaysian nationals and permanent residents with a MyPR card which needs to be produced upon check in for verification purposes. This is in accordance with the new law gazetted by the Ministry of Finance and Royal Malaysian Customs Department and the amount will be reflected in the proforma or tax invoices accordingly. Please be informed a night Market (Baazar) along Jalan Kee Ann is taking place every weekend from tomorrow onwards 24/05/2019. There will be a road barricade entering Jalan Kee Ann from the the main road Jalan Munsyi Abdullah. Thus, a signage is placed beside the barricade for Prima Hotel Guest only to drive through.
