I would definitely come back ! The apartment was in a great condition and clean. The price was reasonable and worth every penny! It's a bit difficult to check out if you bring your own vehicle, because you have to pay a parking ticket in block 3 at the reception counter, maybe if you get a room in block 3 it might be ok to have to walk a long way, but from blocks 4 and 5 it's a bit difficult, because you have to commute to the basement parking area again
