As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Accommodation does not serve free extra breakfast.

Prices are per night, inclusive of 6% GST and 10% Service Charge. A Local Government Fee of RM2.00 is applied to every guest every room every night. A tourist tax of RM 10.00 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. Guest with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card is exempted from tourism tax. Local Government Fee and Tourism Tax are Not Include in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in directly to the hotel.

Local Government Fee RM3.00 per room per night is required from 01 July 2022 onwards and will be collected from guest upon check in.
A RM200 room security deposit will be collected upon arrival. Refundable upon check-out if there is no damage found in the room.
If a sofa bed is required for the 3rd person, it will be subject to a minimum charge of RM 60 nett per room per night. While the extra bed will be chargeable of RM 120nett per room per night.This is only applicable to all rooms in Aurum Wing, except for the Razzle Two Bedroom Suite and the charges will be collected by the hotel upon arrival.
