Perfect location for us. Situated at a quiet street but a stone trow away from Queen Victoria Market and City Center. The front desk staffs were awesome. We arrived at 9.00 am in the morning and we were allowed to check in. It is super nice gesture after experiencing long flight.

A pretty nice hotel for a 3 days 2 nights staycation with kids, the location is very strategic because the distance to the mall and various dining places can be done on foot. And when checking out, my child's doll was left in the lobby, the staff there kept it well until we came again to pick it up. The service of the staff is very helpful and very friendly. Great location and very near Odori Park. But I think the highlight for me was the Breakfast Buffet. Probably one of the best breakfast buffets in Japan. I loved the eggs benedict with smoked salmon and the katsu burger. The best. Will definitely book this hotel again.

This is my first time staying around Stevens and I love the neighborhood. Another thing that is important to me is that there's a bus stop just in front of and across the hotel. The hotel also has Killiney Go and 7/11, which is very convenient. Overall service, cleanliness, and room space are great. I would come back next time.

This time it was not wrong to choose to staycation in Surabaya, the lobby atmosphere is very comfortable, welcomed by a friendly front office. And the best part is being chosen as the guest of the day. Got mirror plating and a cake that tastes really good. The room is quite spacious, comfortable AC and wifi that has no problems. The bathroom is also very clean. During breakfast, the employees are very friendly and helpful. There are many variations of food from western to traditional, even market snacks are available. Regarding the taste of the food, all of the things I tasted were delicious. Thank you for the service and comfort of Mercure Grand Mirama, and for choosing me as the Guest of the Day

The spacious and comfortable room, complete bathroom with hairdryer adds to the impression according to my needs as a woman.
