Mi estadía en el Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancún fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el check-in hasta el último día, el servicio fue de primera: atentos, amables y siempre con una sonrisa.
Todo estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado. La habitación amplia, cómoda y con una vista al mar impresionante. La comida deliciosa en todos los restaurantes, con mucha variedad y calidad.
La playa es preciosa, la piscina increíble y siempre había espacio y buen ambiente. También disfruté mucho de las actividades dentro del hotel.
Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería. Todo fue perfecto. ¡Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

I had a wonderful stay at the resort. All the staff were very friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained and clean. The resort restaurants were great — as long as you make a reservation in advance, you can dine without any issues. Overall, the food at the restaurants was quite good.
The staff at the kids' club were also very kind and took great care of the children, which was a big plus. I also had a fantastic experience at the Gem Spa — it was truly relaxing and exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommended for both families and those looking for a relaxing getaway!

food quality and variety is not what to expect with exception to Breakfast which has good variety, but booking to different restaurants in the property is always a hassle, either very late Dinner or not available, restaurant menus is very hard to read and the wait for food is about one hour from the time we give food order.On a different topic it is hard to get umbrellas in the beach unless you get up 7 to reserve one which doesn’t make sense

Amazing place to be when you have kids . The kids club was also helpful. As a picky eater , O would say the food was amazing , buffet also had numerous options. The staff were very nice and always ready to assist. I would recommend 100%

The property is stunning. They don’t have as much seaweed as the other parts of Cancun. Lots of dining options inside the resort. Beautiful white sand. Very clean. All the staff are helpful. I did an excursion with the travel agent, everything was flawless including transport from and back to the airport. It’s more of a family friendly vibe than bachelorette party vibe. I would love to go back and bring my parents here.

I stayed in an oceanfront room on the 8th floor. The view was nice, but the room was quite damp, with a musty, moldy smell. The sheets also felt uncomfortably humid — likely due to poor ventilation and the hotel’s age.
We booked a cabana for the 25th, but the concierge failed to update the reservation list. My child and I had to wait over 30 minutes standing with all our bags. She forgot to give us the reservation ticket.
Food options were plentiful, though taste-wise just average. Note that some restaurants only allow kids aged 5 and up. Outdoor buffet seating was scenic but often shared with birds.
Most staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
Overall: Not bad, but I’ll likely choose a different hotel next time.

Great property, I will definitely be back. The cleanliness was not up to my standard, I don’t know the last time the floors have actually been mopped, the linens in the buffet room were clearly not being regularly changed, the upholstery had stains including at empanada grill. I did not fully understand the VIP benefits which resulted in me not being able to access them since there was no way to get another reservation on my last night. One of the vendors was a bit aggressive with their sales tactics with my kiddo. I really wish the room service menu included a few more options. However, even this hiccups did not take away from a great time and property. The tepenyaki spot was amazing. We tried the French place but we are not folks that usually eat French food but it was a very good experience and they sung me happy birthday. It said formal so I had to buy an expensive dress at the gift shop because I left my dress at home only to go in and discover someone else in jeans. The kids karaoke was a favorite as well. I love the various pool set ups and beach entries. It was really easy to catch the ferry to the neighboring island. The folks at the door were so great helping with luggage and cold towels when you came in. And the spa was A+! Went two days in a row and the lady that assisted me was great! Also my room had an awesome huge balcony!
