This hotel has something for everyone I liked everything about it so much that i was back in less than a month the food is excellent at the whole resort i have no complaints about and they have plenty of options you can get food anytime anywhere the room service menu is great the service is one of the best if not the best i have had around the world they really know what they are doing i’ll be back very soon!

Everything was great, staff was very helpful, the location was great. I was able to book all my site seeing excursions. The one thing that I did not like was the fact that a member approached me and my family saying they were going to give us a lay out of the facilities but what they wanted was for us to listen to them for an hour to try to sell us future vacations with the Fiesta Americana group, they said it was not a time share but is sounded it like it was. Other than that I would come back and recommend it to my family and friends.

Desde el check-in hasta el último día, el servicio fue de primera: atentos, amables y siempre con una sonrisa. Todo estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado. La habitación amplia, cómoda y con una vista al mar impresionante. La comida deliciosa en todos los restaurantes, con mucha variedad y calidad. La playa es preciosa, la piscina increíble y siempre había espacio y buen ambiente. También disfruté mucho de las actividades dentro del hotel. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería. Todo fue perfecto. ¡Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

First of all, I shared this info with the manager prior to leaving incase they weee not already aware. That said, This hotel should be rated closer to a 2-star for service. I am not a picky traveler at all, and have low standards, and the service was just terrible. To get into the standard breakfast buffet-be prepared to wait in a line for 30 minutes EVERY morning. If there is a line, why would you not get more staff to help seat people? Or, simply add more tables to accommodate more people. The fact that there is a line daily and the hotel is comfortable with that speaks volumes about the level of service. Never in my life have I seen a line to enter a buffet, much less a 30 minute wait. Also, why would there be a cafe, but never an attendant present in the morning when it’s prime time for people to get coffee? Half the time there was a huge line waiting at the coffee bar and nobody there working. Also, the workers had no idea what an espresso shot was. Some would say they don’t have espressos, 30 minutes later someone else was making them… Lastly, it seems like the staff rarely spoke English. I understand it’s Mexico, but it really becomes a problem when they are constantly bringing you the wrong order and drinks because they don’t understand you. At a hotel this expensive, I’d expect that the staff can understand English. Many times they were confused about the time events start, everywhere you go there is conflicting answers. This is frustrating when trying to plan.

food quality and variety is not what to expect with exception to Breakfast which has good variety, but booking to different restaurants in the property is always a hassle, either very late Dinner or not available, restaurant menus is very hard to read and the wait for food is about one hour from the time we give food order.On a different topic it is hard to get umbrellas in the beach unless you get up 7 to reserve one which doesn’t make sense

I stayed in an oceanfront room on the 8th floor. The view was nice, but the room was quite damp, with a musty, moldy smell. The sheets also felt uncomfortably humid — likely due to poor ventilation and the hotel’s age. We booked a cabana for the 25th, but the concierge failed to update the reservation list. My child and I had to wait over 30 minutes standing with all our bags. She forgot to give us the reservation ticket. Food options were plentiful, though taste-wise just average. Note that some restaurants only allow kids aged 5 and up. Outdoor buffet seating was scenic but often shared with birds. Most staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall: Not bad, but I’ll likely choose a different hotel next time.
