Resort is amazing for a calm family friendly vacation. Not overly crowded with to many people. Great overall service and nice and friendly staff! Great food for kids and adults. Activity just for kids with staff members. Teen karaoke and adult lounges and party during the night.

First of all, I shared this info with the manager prior to leaving incase they weee not already aware. That said, This hotel should be rated closer to a 2-star for service. I am not a picky traveler at all, and have low standards, and the service was just terrible. To get into the standard breakfast buffet-be prepared to wait in a line for 30 minutes EVERY morning. If there is a line, why would you not get more staff to help seat people? Or, simply add more tables to accommodate more people. The fact that there is a line daily and the hotel is comfortable with that speaks volumes about the level of service. Never in my life have I seen a line to enter a buffet, much less a 30 minute wait. Also, why would there be a cafe, but never an attendant present in the morning when it’s prime time for people to get coffee? Half the time there was a huge line waiting at the coffee bar and nobody there working. Also, the workers had no idea what an espresso shot was. Some would say they don’t have espressos, 30 minutes later someone else was making them…
Lastly, it seems like the staff rarely spoke English. I understand it’s Mexico, but it really becomes a problem when they are constantly bringing you the wrong order and drinks because they don’t understand you. At a hotel this expensive, I’d expect that the staff can understand English. Many times they were confused about the time events start, everywhere you go there is conflicting answers. This is frustrating when trying to plan.

Mi estadía en el Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancún fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el check-in hasta el último día, el servicio fue de primera: atentos, amables y siempre con una sonrisa.
Todo estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado. La habitación amplia, cómoda y con una vista al mar impresionante. La comida deliciosa en todos los restaurantes, con mucha variedad y calidad.
La playa es preciosa, la piscina increíble y siempre había espacio y buen ambiente. También disfruté mucho de las actividades dentro del hotel.
Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería. Todo fue perfecto. ¡Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

I had a wonderful stay at the resort. All the staff were very friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained and clean. The resort restaurants were great — as long as you make a reservation in advance, you can dine without any issues. Overall, the food at the restaurants was quite good.
The staff at the kids' club were also very kind and took great care of the children, which was a big plus. I also had a fantastic experience at the Gem Spa — it was truly relaxing and exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommended for both families and those looking for a relaxing getaway!

The property is stunning. They don’t have as much seaweed as the other parts of Cancun. Lots of dining options inside the resort. Beautiful white sand. Very clean. All the staff are helpful. I did an excursion with the travel agent, everything was flawless including transport from and back to the airport. It’s more of a family friendly vibe than bachelorette party vibe. I would love to go back and bring my parents here.

The staff at the kids' club were also very kind and took great care of the children, which was a big plus. I also had a fantastic experience at the Gem Spa — it was truly relaxing and exceeded my expectations.

Amazing place to be when you have kids . The kids club was also helpful. As a picky eater , O would say the food was amazing , buffet also had numerous options. The staff were very nice and always ready to assist. I would recommend 100%

The property is stunning. They don’t have as much seaweed as the other parts of Cancun. Lots of dining options inside the resort. Beautiful white sand. Very clean. All the staff are helpful. I did an excursion with the travel agent, everything was flawless including transport from and back to the airport. It’s more of a family friendly vibe than bachelorette party vibe. I would love to go back and bring my parents here.
