NO funciona el Ascensor, me tocó subir 5 pisos a pie.e hospede en 2 fechas distintas y en las 2 fechas NO funcionaba el Ascensor

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. NEAR ALL THE RESTAURANTS, BAR, SHOPS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT. EVERYTHING IS WITHING WALKING DISTANCE

My stay at Hotel Embassy was perfect the room was só clean and the staff were so friendly.

Great staff and great amenities

The elevator wasn't working and it didn't seem like they were even attempting to fix it.

The hotel is a fine place to sleep for the night. It’s not dirty by any means but it’s not impeccably clean either. There’s not mattress protectors on the bed just this weird cover that is held onto the mattress by elastic straps but doesn’t actually cover the whole mattress and they don’t use fitted sheets. In order to use the air conditioner you have to get a remote from the front desk and leave your ID with them but you can turn it on and take the remote back to the desk and get your ID back and it will stay on. The elevator went out our first full day there and wasn’t fixed the entire rest of our 6 night stay. Parts of the bed frame were chipped but it didn’t affect the stability of the frame. There were also chips in the floor tile. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors door open and close, people knocking on your neighbors door to the point you can’t tell if they are knocking on your door, and all of the noise from outside. Overall… especially for the price the stay was fine I just don’t know if we’d stay again.

Clean, comfortable room in a great safe, walkable location. Plenty of hot water. Everything worked as intended. That said…didn’t need to use AC. Not really hotel’s fault but cell service for internet in area is lacking. Wifi was great but sometimes you want to do banking or other sensitive things online without wifi. Struggle with getting signal for Uber with ATT.

The elevator was not working and the music from a cross the street a night club was too loud

BED BUGS- Do not stay here. I stayed in room 304. As I was trying to fall asleep I kept feeling something crawling on me and on my face . I turned on the light , there was bed bugs all over my pillow and my body and the bed. The bugs were all sizes from tiny ones to large ones. This was traumatic for me because I was traveling alone and now stuck there at 1 am in the morning. I have bites on my face and neck . I booked here because Expedia had such good reviews BUT my mistake was not checking Google reviews. Look at Google you will see other guests who had bed bugs. I asked to see the manager who was never in the building. I waited 40 min the next day to see a manger who never came. I wrote to them And they never apologized . I had to ask for a refund multiple times. I’ve been traveling 20 years. I am a teacher who works hard to travel and it is very WRONG to do this to people who work hard for their time off. This hotels neglect ruined my time and left me unable to sleep calmly after I left. It is not Ok . Do not support this hotel .

Todo estuvo bien

Clean room with amenities like courtesy water bottles, soap and shampoo. There's no air conditioning, but that's common in Mexico City, at least in hotels of this price range. Very nice location in a tree-lined street, close to nice restaurants.

The room is very clean, the staff is also helpful

It’s an older hotel, but well kept overall. They didn’t have toilet paper in the lobby restroom, and they had a soggy bar of soap instead of liquid hand soap, and no paper towels or hand dryer. Also, in order to have A/C in your room, you have to leave your ID at the reception desk, then they’ll give you the remote to the mini split. They ask for everyone’s ID, not just for the person who made the reservation. They are very strict with check in time; they will not allow you in your room before 3 pm.

Located very close to el Angel de la Independence. Walking distance from it.

Room was clean. AC was cold but you do have to leave you ID for the remote at the front desk for the duration of your stay. The only drawback was the Wifi not the best it kept failing on our devices as well as the TV. We got fresh towels and water every day and we were able to store our luggage as well. For the price this is an excellent place to stay and it close to everything.

Clean room, big bed, Peaceful time. Only gripe about this place was the crappy wifi but everything else was very good for the price
