Clean room, no AC but there was a very powerful fan so that’s okay. Fresh water bottles every day. Staff was kind and helpful the few times we needed them. Fantastic location!

This is a no frills hotel that is clean with a friendly staff. Located in Roma Norte with nice coffee shops and walking distance to restaurants. We would stay there again.

Clean and safe and great location! I think housekeeping would come too late, and by the time we were back in our room they hadn’t been serviced yet, so we had to keep asking for towels. Only got our room serviced once during the stay. I will say this location is so quiet at night! I have stayed in other areas of the city and u hear traffic all night or dogs barking, this had neither and was so peaceful. Definitely recommend

While the location and overall atmosphere of the hotel were good. Located near bars, clubs and restaurants but not noisy. Great option if you don't want to stay in Zona Rosa "Party Central". My stay was ultimately just okay due to a personal comfort issue. As a side sleeper, the biggest dealbreaker for me was the bed; the mattress was incredibly firm, making it impossible to get comfortable or stay asleep for more than a couple of hours at a time.

Hotel staff don’t provide any assistance with checking in early multiple times I had asked if I can pay a fee to check in early but they would say check in 3pm no exceptions even tho there were rooms available. They didn’t want to accommodate and there response was very rude.

Hotel was perfectly located. Unfortunately wifi was terrible, and there was no A/C. Wasn’t the cleanest and there were small gnats and flies inside the restroom. It could also get pretty noisy.

This hotel is located on a busy street with TRAFFIC at rush hours. The windows are paper-thin, so if you have a room facing the main street, you will hear all the cars honking during rush hour. Staff were friendly, no complaints surrounding the room or stay. Convenient location, lots of walkable places to eat and explore in this safe neighborhood. Parking spaces are VERY TIGHT, at times did not seem there were enough spaces for the amount of guests. They will take your ID for the remotes for the rooms which will be returned to you before you leave. Overall, decent hotel with a decent price in a great location.
