I have stayed here a couple of times and it gets worst. Rooms need maintenance.

Was disappointed that breakfast was not fresh . Came down at 9:15 and almost everything was gone. And didn’t restock with fresh

Room seemed neglected, only one television channels was available, No water pressure while in the shower. Very difficult to get to this location.

It was nice and safe

Very unimpressed - if you would like to hear your neighbors conversation, stay here ! The establishment is very run down , and there is no attention to detail !

The whole place is falling apart. Floor tiles broken and off place, no only makes difficult to move luggage, it also represents a high risk of an accident. Carpet full of holes and pieces falling al over the place, plus looking very dirty. The actual room felt neglected: dirty floors, nasty sink and toilet bowl. The room smelt horrible! I notified the clerks and they sent someone to fix the drains by the second day. The breakfast was served by one person! You had to stay in line to get a little bit of food on your plate, and if you arrived 45 min before the end of the buffet, they stopped refilling some of the options. It was over all not a good experience.

Poor customer service, there were no towels in our room, we were assigned a room next to a very high-traffic boulevard and we couldn’t sleep.

It’s ok if you’re only passing through I am not recommending it for more time

Mas atencion en lavado de toallas. Estan muy rigidas. Considero buscar que sean mas suaves para secarse.

El peor hotel que me he quedado. La tuberia huele mal En el hotel estan hospedados policias y lo usan como su fuera su oficina o cuartel. No lo recomiendo para nada por el precio que cobran

We were on the 4th floor at night way too loud traffic and bed too firm . Other then that service was good

Everything was good

It was a just okay stay… certain light switches didn’t work, toilet flush was loose, dim lighting, scratches on the walls, stained pillows, small room and the doors wouldn’t close right unless we pushed them in well. Breakfast is free but it was not entirely self serve which was a bummer and I lost my desire to want to have breakfast there. I’m glad it was a one night stay only because it wasn’t my favorite hotel to stay at. It’s something you would stay in if you need to for a night. Staff was super friendly which was a plus but the hotel itself is just outdated and needs more maintenance.

Plain simple clean room. And nice complementary breakfast.

The sewage most not work well, it always came up a bad odor, the tv control didn’t work, it has to be changed two times, breakfast not good, Although the employees very helpful, and nice, and it’s in a good area

Check in was a little hectic since rooms were not ready by 3pm . There was about 6 other people waiting to check in. Besides that evwrything was great.

I’ve been to this hotel before and I can say that this is the worst stay I have had here, to begin I called the place and asked for early check-in. They said yes to come in at a certain time after I show up early because they accommodated me to getting an early room if I came at the time they told me. I show up and they tell me no there’s no rooms available. You have to wait till check in, I told them you guys told me to come early. They said oh I don’t know who you spoke with sorry. I waited in the lobby for a bit and got back in line to check in at regular check in time for them to tell me oh sorry you’re gonna have to wait longer cause we have no available rooms. Keep in mind I reserved my room about two months ago, so how is it not ready? After they checked me in, I went to my room and my toilet is clogged. There is no phone in the room so I can’t even call Maintenance to fix my toilet. I go downstairs and ask the workers and they didn’t do anything about it. they said they would send someone but nobody came until the next day. I had to use other family members bath room that were in the same hotel.

Rooms look nicer in pics probably way too pricy for what it is
