Great service here, Aziz particularly was very helpful. However, a few extra charges here and there for no reason eg 22dh for a water bottle and additional tax on arrival despite paying online. Decent location, a bit of a walk and lots of the tourist attractions are near by, the only thing is that is it very difficult to first find the place and then to find a taxi nearby whilst there. Decent breakfast however could have more options as was served same thing everyday. Overall good stay for the low price that it is, can’t expect more.

The manager, Jean Claude, was fantastic and provided lots of helpful information.

Fantastic stay, very cosy and comfortable feel to the Riad. The team catered to all needs, breakfast was just so tasty, looked forward to it every morning. Great touch by management to provide a local phone with data, option to make international calls free of charge and use throughout the stay. Helped with getting around and made the stay great. Would reccomend.

We had a really bad experience on Riad Ajebel. WE GOT ROB IN OUR ROOM! We were looking for a place to relax after a really busy working period. The rooms are really noisy as there is a really busy road just outside the riad. You can't relax on the terrace or your room at all but that. In our second day at the Riad, when we were getting ready to go for dinner I couldn't find my rings so my husband mentioned that I might put them on the safe box so when he went to open it the safe box was opened and when I counted the money we were missing 50 euros from my husband wallet and 40 pounds from my envelope which I knew exactly what I got as I took the money out of airport ATM before we took the plane to Marrakech! I got really upset more for my rings as they had of a big sentimental value. I called the manager and he told me that never happened before but it happened now I said, he didn't know what to say or what should be do. I asked how was possible someone could opened the safe box and he told me that himself and his assistant knew how to open the safe boxes! If my rings didn't get rob I will never noticed the money robbery as once you start to spend and take money from an envelope it's really easy to lost your count. This destroyed our holidays as we needed to carry our money and jewellery all the time with ourselves plus in the riad they made us to feel really uncomfortable. Worst experience of our life. The day we left nobody was in the riad to apologies.

Un séjour très agréable. Des hôtes attentifs et de très bons conseils. Le hammam accompagné d'un massage est une expérience à vivre. Un lieu très joli et sympathique à quelques pas du palais royal.

Le calme et l'endroit typique de la culture marocaine Change des grandes chaines d'hôtels. Pas de piscine alors que c'etait mentionné dans l'annonce, toilette sans porte sur la chambre. Bonne emplacement strategique

Excellent accueil personnalisé de la part de Jean Jacques, le gérant. Il vous informe, vous accompagne dans l'élaboration de vos visites et s'assure constamment du bon déroulement de votre séjour.

Jj et son personnel très sympathique. Chambre et espace terasse un peu restreints a notre goût. Eau pas toujours chaude voir fraiche... Petit déjeuner abondant A recommander pour son emplacement

El lugar es bonito, pero está descuidado. No funcionaba el a/a. Faltaba limpieza y mantenimiento. El edificio es bonito y tiene una buena ubicación para ir en coche, ya que hay parking cercano. Al estar en la muralla es ruidoso por el lado de los coches y motos por la calle.

Was für eine Oase der Ruhe in Mitten des Trubels der Medina von Marrakkesch! Etwas am Rand von der Kasbah aber noch innerhalb der Stadtmauern gelegen ist es hier um so ruhiger aber sicher. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht auf Durchreise, aber diese war wundervoll! Eine wunderbare, orientalisch-liebevolle Athmosphäre herrscht dort, man kann hier sich sehr gut mehrere Tage verbringen um die Stadt und Umgebung zu erkunden! Leider war es bei unserer Rückkehr schon ausgebucht, aber wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen wollen!

Fint rum. God frukost. Trevligt bemötande och bra service. Bra gatukök i närheten. Missa inte Café Clock som ligger väldigt nära.

Zeer vriendelijke uitbater en personeel, lekker en verzorgd ontbijt op zonnig dakterras, gastvrij en behulpzaam, ligging in rustige buurt en in omgeving kortbij bezienswaardigheden. Hebben ervan genoten ...

Jean Jeacques ist ein sehr netter, engagierter Gastgeber. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und grosszügig. Einzig die Nähe zu einer stark befahrenen Strasse war ein kleiner Nachteil - ansonsten war der Aufenthalt im Ajebel super.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und sehr schmackhaft. Einziges zu beanstandendes "Manko" ist das die Zimmer im Winter sehr kalt sind.
