The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Location was easy to get to from the airport and convenient to many places we wanted to visit. The stairs to our 2nd floor room was daunting but very picturesque.

The hotel located near Amsterdam Central Station. The room was clean. The hotel staff was so helpful, they even let me put the luggages in their hotel while we have trip to another country for 1 week. The hotel does not have any lift, so the stairs might be problem for elderly people.
