Staff was very helpful with making reservations for dinner and tips on getting around. Location is great, very easy to catch tram and get to canal rides by central station and the ferry. Beds are very comfortable and no noise. Breakfast is good with plenty of variety.Enjoyed our stay.

Location was perfect , room was very clean , breakfast was good too . Had an issue with the TV. Couldn't get it fixed for my last night there . Had a 5 am alarm for the exit to the airport , so the option waS to give me an upgrade next time .... that's not going to work ... the only one getting anything out of this is the hotel for renting a room that shouldn't have been rented because of broken equipment in it , for 300 plus dollars a night , expect more for that !!! There are lots of hotels in the center ...to bad guys

It’s little things that were a problem. They could only give us one key… this proved to be a real hassle. There were no tissues in the room. Ugh! One of the hand towels had a hole in it.

Everything was nice except did not love open bathroom setup. Lighting had sensor and would come on everytime got near the glass sliding door. Lack of privacy. Shower water would flood bathroom floor.

The room was comfortable. It was facing an apartment building and the alley below was noisy at times during sleeping hours. The apartments directly across from us smoked cigarettes and we could smell it in our room at times.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being right in the middle of bars and cafés, it was surprisingly quiet and I slept really well. The staff were also very helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was the TV, which only had local channels, so as a tourist it wasn’t very useful. Streaming options like YouTube didn’t really work or were quite difficult to access, possibly due to the internet connection. That’s something I’d recommend improving. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Central station and close to everything. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.
