The good: the staff and managers were all very helpful and kind. The bad: the electricity went out for the whole hotel for a few hours, impacting availability of air conditioning. Rooms are not soundproof, you will likely hear people walking outside at night. The bathroom door is silly- it’s a piece of glass with a hole in it for grip that doesn’t slide smoothly- it’ll wake up whoever is with you in your room

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was not helpful and did not respond to my request to fix the bathroom light despite calling them twice. They also wanted to charge me for room service to just clean my room! The blankets were dirty, the pillows were uncomfortable, the floors were dirty, the bathroom light was broken, and you could hear other people through the walls and on ceiling. I would never recommend this hotel!

I want to give a special shout out to Hitada (pardon my spelling). I had a bad trip in and she was so kind and got us into our rooms right away. It's perfect walking distance to everything. Comfortable and clean.

Room was clean and location was great. Had to ask for TP and the room steward was very grumpy. Our window also wasn’t properly sealing, so noise from the outdoor seating area below was so loud throughout the night.

I went into this trip not expecting it to be this good. Breakfast 10/10. The room though small was perfect; wish it had more room lighting & a microwave but it was great, the curtains weren’t as dark but the bed was comfortable. Additionally, I was able to hear everything from outside which I hated. My stay however was 10/10.

Full respect 🙏... One must do... Lighting in general poor, but most directly the bathroom is extremely poor... 2 pot lights ceiling down is not adequate... Shadows, say for example on face work eg.shaving , makeup etc very difficult..! Test for yourselves, I'm sure you will agree! Two gentleman at the front desk were very helpful with power issue I had at check in, thanks to you both! Thank's for my second stay..!
