We didn’t have the breakfast. We decided to go to a lick tea restaurant and it was delicious. We would have enjoyed an on site restaurant for dinner and drinks after a long day of site seeing.

It was not a great experience. The bathroom had a really bad smell and several times it reeked of weed in the entire hallway and into our room. Glasdoor between bathroom and the bedroom without the possibility to turn of the light your self (it was a sensor) made it also really bad.

Central location; uber drivers cannot go to the door but taxis can. Uber driver let us off and picked us up across the street from the hotel... there was no issue with that. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Price was very high the days we stayed because it was at the end of tulip season. Bed was very, very soft - felt like I was sinking into a marshmallow.

Great location and a nice place overall. The rooms were good size…. But no storage. No drawers but there was a closet. My only complaint was noise by the staff at 7:00am. Maybe it was just our room…. But very noisy.

Room was clean and spacious. Hot tub and sauna in room which wss great but the toilet and shower were seperate rooms , with the sink in the main bedroom, bit of an odd set up. Had a safe which was good and also a fridge but it didnt work, which was annoying. Also no waters in the fridge or available, only to buy from a vending machine and pricey. Bar was open 5pm-11pm which could have had better opening times , as reception dont deal with cash so wasnt able to get change. Overall good hotel , very good location and clean with good features in the wellness room. Would stay again.

Would not stay again. All the 4 star reviews are so misleading. Staff was grumpy and the girls that checked us in were being rude and condescending. We got one key card per room because they were rationing their cards. They didn’t have enough cards for the amount of rooms they had booked so each guest only received 1. Really? Pillows were being rationed as well. Only 2 pillows per room. We were told that if every guest asked for extra pillows they would run out of pillows. The hotel is in a central location and that is the only plus in my opinion. Staff need to get their act together and be nice to customers, especially if they are charging a premium for 2 star quality and service.
