Nice place and great location, 3 minutes walks to the Centraal Station and lots of great restaurants nearby! Staffs are nice and friendly!

Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. Eurostar station nearby. OK location. Breakfast could have been better.

We were on the 2nd floor and at night there was a noisy party going on until 2 am. We weren’t sure where it was at though. Turning on white noise on a phone helped. In the morning we woke up to dishes and utensils clinking and people talking as the breakfast area was right outside our door. Getting into the room was a trick. The door opened to a narrow hallway that led to a couple steps up. This made dealing with luggage difficult. The bathroom was downstairs. We were both concerned that if he got up to use it in the middle of the night that we’d forget about the stairs and fall down them. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was good and an 8 minute walk from the train station. If recommend that if staying here don’t stay on the 2nd floor.

Room was clean and decent size. Sauna and steam room access was nice. Very central and easy walk from Central station. The toilet position was awkward especially for taller people. There was no bar open whilst we were there. Apparently only opens for a few hours on Friday evening. Breakfast available but no lunch or evening restaurant. That said if plenty of drinking and eating places within seconds walk of hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable and very pleasant staff. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options and staff were very helpful.

Great location, clean, and friendly staff.

We came in early from our flight from a safari and the front office staff managed to get us into our room right away. We also left a piece of luggage with them while we were on safari. The breakfast is dry good with lots of options and the hotel location is great, right downtown and close to the train station. All staff were great!!!

Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was well worth it. TV internet was spotty.

Great location. Close to train station and the city center. Also the steam room was great as we were suffering from a cold.

We didn’t have the breakfast. We decided to go to a lick tea restaurant and it was delicious. We would have enjoyed an on site restaurant for dinner and drinks after a long day of site seeing.
