Room clean, nice clean hotel. Excellent location. Staff helpful and friendly.

The hotel was well located. It is walking distance from the train station. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was really clean. This hotel was considerably cheaper on Expedia compared to other similar companies. It was easy to get to the main sites and attractions from this hotel.

Had some date issues. Thankfully Nadia helped make the stay amazing!

Central location right in Dam square. Large hotel. Was allowed to check in early. Room OK - could have done with kettle/tea/coffee making facilities. They did have a pay coffee machine in reception. We took our own travel kettle which we appreciated. Room had a fridge which we didn’t use. Breakfast was basic - could have done with more choices for vegetarian. Overall a pleasant stay in Amsterdam. Would stay here again but room only next time.

Room (superior) was a decent size, basic, but okay. Shower over the bath was a bit of a pain, but again not a deal breaker. Breakfast - while a bit pricey - had good choice with all the standard Euro options plus scrambled egg and crispy bacon. Staff were helpful and had a great room for luggage. Location is also very central for price.

Bathroom was clean, beds were clean. Walls and carpet not really clean: needed a refresh. Breakfast was very good. A variety of hot and cold foods. Staff was very helpful, telling us how to use public transportation to save money. Location was excellent! Just off of Dam Square, with most attractions an easy walk.

Great location in city centre and surprisingly quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful but decor and furnishings look dated and shabby.

Hotel was in a really good area right on dam square and breakfast is what you’d expect

Stella at the front desk was fantastic and took great care of us as did all the staff. It was a very nice place to stay.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, large rooms, extremely helpful and kind staff available 24/7. You couldn't ask for a better location its an easy walk to either Centraal or the Rijksmuseum, wonderful location to stroll from for sightseeing or people watching. I saw that people had complained about noise but we didn't notice an issue and the hotel offered ear plugs in case. The wifi was reasonable and there is a great (but not included) breakfast in the hotel. If we return to amsterdam we will no question be staying here again, seriously could not recommend it enough.

Cerca de todo, área segura, si vienes en tren desde el aeropuerto queda caminando bastante cerca, muchos restaurantes y tiendas cercas y a pocos minutos de las áreas más famosas. En fin muy buena opción de calidad versus precio

Internet was horrible. Do not use Expedia for international travel. They dont accept phone calls and every email you send takes 48 hours to get a response. Not worth the change you save or the convenience in any way

Not a great place to stay. It served the purpose of laying your head down but there was nothing great or enticing about the site. There was also nothing to watch on the tiny TV.

The room was clean and quite a bit bigger than expected. The only issue would be the taps in bathroom really hard to find that sweet spot for temperature. Breakfast was pretty plentiful.
