Urban Residents is a gem in the heart of Rotterdam. Huge apartments with floor to ceiling windows plus balcony. Kitchen was fully functional with top of the line appliances. I will definitely stay at Urban Residents again. Tons of shopping and dining options in walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at Urban Residences a lot. Ting Ting and the other receptionists were always very kind and helpful. Location was great and the studio was very spacious for 2 people. Loved the open views. Having a parking facility in the building is certainly a plus and it's cheaper than other nearby parkings.

The property was great! We were on the 13th floor with a nice corner room that had floor to ceiling windows for a great view. The apartment was clean with modern furnishings. We had a balcony but I wished it would have some chairs on it so you could enjoy sitting out there. We would definitely stay here again!

Large tile in bathroom missing. Lots of door handles have banged up the walls and doors. Stains in the kitchen. Minimal amenities -- no dish soap or sponge. Beautiful view. The glass paintings were nice.

- Clarity about deposit prior to booking! - Staff were very friendly and understanding - considering how spacious the rooms are and how nice the kitchens are, the rooms rooms themselves are in serious need of maintenance and repairs. Cracks on the floors are concerning, curtains are dirty & even the bedsheet was seriously stained

Location is absolutely great, smack in the middle of downtown with everything you need within walking distance. The property itself is ok (the people at the front desk are great). We stayed for more than 2 weeks so the cleaning was a bit dubious. We checked in early because the room was supposedly ready, but the bed wasn’t done for instance. One of the cleaning days no one came so needed to ask for that. They also gave 1 set of towels even though it says they’re supposed to give 2. The pressure of the shower is seriously low, the microwave wasn’t working. Used the laundry. It’s good enough but not great. It could be so much better but maybe it was the unit we had (corner on the 7th).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Issues with room included, while you could open the door once I was shown, the door handle is actually broken. The heating in the room didn't t work properly. The staff said they had a technician look at it but I don't really think it was fixed as the room remained cold. There were water stains and mould in the shower, one of the sliding doors in the kitchen cupboard was hard to push, the sliding table in the bed slide table on the right hand side of the bed is broken. Having said that the apartment appeared to be clean. Some addition cleaning products would be useful such as a broom an dustpan and brush would be a useful addition.

This is a good property with high end furnishing. My only message to the owners is to keep up with maintaining the property by painting walls and touching things up to match the high quality of the furnishings. Loved having access to laundry room. Staff were Ok, but a bit ambivalent compared to other places I have stayed.

L’appartement est grand et confortable. Les rideaux n’étaient pas propres (incluant ceux de la salle de bain) et plusieurs crochets de ceux-ci étaient décrochés. Ça donne un aspect négligé à l’appartement. Il y avait des taches sur le fauteuil. On a apprécié le local à vélo. La salle de lavage serait plus appropriée à l’étage (sans les appâts à souris…)

Stylish, modern and very clean property., well located for the train station and shopping. Polite, friendly staff, however, we reported a fault in our apartment at 11am and they promised to sort it before the evening. Unfortunately upon our return at 6pm they had not even been to inspect it. They were very apologetic and sorted it immediately, which was greatly appreciated.

I do not know even where to start, did the suggested checkin on line so it’s quicker, that would be a no, not quick at all. We got “upgraded” to an apartment that was so disappointing - cracked floor with duct tape on some spots; shower made a super big puddle on our floor which we reported and a guy came to say he’d be back to chalk it and give us more towels as we used all ours to mop it up and neither happened; room was so hot and the fan available only stayed on for a bit, you’d have to wind it up again several times a night. I would not recommend

The apartment's furniture is old, stained, dirty, and smells bad. The place is full of insects. There is no air conditioning or ventilation in the apartment. The place is deplorable. The elevators are always busy, and there are only two used by the residents and workers. I do not advise anyone to book.
