Apologize that I have to leave a bad comment for this hotel. When I check-in around 17:00 at the reception. My booking is 2 people for 2 nights which I showed the booking her. She marked my booking no. then talking very fast that I cannot get the meaning. Later, she gave me 1 door card. I said we are 2 people here and should have 2 cards. She blaimed me that "I asked you that are you travel alone and you say yes. Then I give you 1 card. Anyway, I can give you another one.".

The room was clean but only one hand towel and no bath mat. Managed to resolve this by getting in touch with the reception. Location is perfect!

The room is spacious. However, the room is so dirty. The edges in the shower room have molds. The curtains are also dirty.

This place has seen better days. We had a big apartment with a lovely view but other than that it was pretty grimy. The front office staff were fine, though not overly friendly. The real issue is the state of the apartment, it's in complete disrepair, exposed pipes coming out of walls, huge damage to other walls. Good location and functional enough but needs a good update.

A few minor things with damage and stains in the room. Take pictures when you first arrive just in case they try to charge you out of the deposit you pay on arrival.

Zunächst das Positive: Die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Familiensuite war zwar groß, jedoch unpraktisch geschnitten. Trotz der angegebenen 80 qm wirkte sie deutlich kleiner, da es sich im Grunde um einen großen Raum handelt. Zudem ist die gesamte Ausstattung sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen. In der Wohnung finden sich teilweise sogar sicherheitsrelevante Mängel, wie scharfkantige Bodenstellen oder stark verkalkte Armaturen. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist jedoch die Parkgarage. Diese ist ausschließlich über zwei Aufzüge erreichbar, die während unseres Aufenthalts entweder defekt waren oder extrem lange Wartezeiten hatten. Allein dadurch haben wir etwa 1,5 Stunden verloren. Besonders problematisch war ein Vorfall, bei dem eine Person mit ihrem Auto im Aufzug stecken blieb. Die Kommunikation seitens des Personals war dabei leider nicht ehrlich: Es wurde behauptet, dass bereits jemand an der Behebung arbeitet, tatsächlich dauerte es jedoch mehrere Stunden, bis das Problem gelöst wurde. Aus Sicherheitsgründen habe ich den Aufzug anschließend nicht mehr gemeinsam mit meiner Familie genutzt, da mir das Risiko zu hoch erschien.

We were traveling as a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children. We were required to book 2 apartments as our group was too large for one. I was given the option to pre-select my rooms. I selected 2 rooms on the same floor only to be given rooms on different floor. I was told they were fully booked and my selection could not be honored. The rooms were very poorly maintained. Cracks on the floors covered with cardboard and duct tape, door handles that fell off, paint crumbling off the walls and a shower that leaked and flooded the entire bathroom. One bedroom had floors that were radiating heat so hot that the room was overheating and we could not use it to sleep in. My child had to use the couch. The rooms also smelled awful. At night the street is so loud with excessive honking, street racing and fireworks randomly being set off outside the building. We asked the front desk to fix the shower and provide us new towels since they were all used to clean the flood which they did not do. At 7:30 am on the day we were leaving our room keys no longer worked. We needed to retrieve our luggage from our rooms to leave and could not get in. We went to the front desk and were told that because they made news keys for the next arrivals our keys no longer worked despite check out time only being at 11am. This place had potential but it seems that it has been very poorly maintained and needs new management. I do not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately the staff member on in the afternoon if check in was quite rude the lady in the morning was lovely. The property could do with a room refresh

Great location! As described, beautiful apartment on the 11 floor. Very helpful and kind staff! We will be back!

服務人員不錯！也很親切的提供我們行李寄放服務，雖然下午三點才能checked in，但我們大約兩點半逛完街回到飯店之後房間已經準備就緒，他就讓我們check in。 整體房間非常寬廣，也有廚房可以下廚，但乾淨度可以在提高一點，還有部分空間的設備可能年份較久，需要再維持，但整體功能正常，尤其他的電器設備都是非常好用的品牌，還有洗衣機跟烘衣機

Large tile in bathroom missing. Lots of door handles have banged up the walls and doors. Stains in the kitchen. Minimal amenities -- no dish soap or sponge. Beautiful view. The glass paintings were nice.

The shower in the bathroom was a bit dirty and not very clean. The studio as a whole was very good, with a few minor drawbacks. But overall it was great.

Clean rooms and common areas

- Clarity about deposit prior to booking! - Staff were very friendly and understanding - considering how spacious the rooms are and how nice the kitchens are, the rooms rooms themselves are in serious need of maintenance and repairs. Cracks on the floors are concerning, curtains are dirty & even the bedsheet was seriously stained
