Lovely hotel in downtown Dunedin. Large and very comfortable room - thoughtfully designed. Staff were extremely helpful. Bar/restaurant is great with good food in lovely atmosphere. Make a reservation as very popular. Would definitely stay again.

First up, the staff were amazing. From check in to breakfast to check out. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. The check in refreshment was a nice touch. The general decor was unique and we would certainly return. Parking may be a challenge but we were there for 2 nights and it wasnt an issue.

Staff attentiveness. They were very keen to help and answer questions. The room was neatly clean with all amenities and drapes. Room service was punctual and of a good quality. The restaurant service was excellent, both dinner and breakfast were very good. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was excellent. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.
