I love this hotel. We had a tour schedule for early that morning and the front desk was super kind and friendly. Our room was ready and they let us put everything in the room. They went above and beyond.
They even give us walking directions to anywhere in town. Super nice staff.

Paid for a harbor view. Our view was the neighbors roof. We had a tv. It had no channels. There was no pool. There was a discotec close by. It played loud music till 2am.

Nice hotel, great staff, first room was unbearably loud. There was a night club right outside our window that went to 4 am and it was like it was playing in the room even with ear plugs. Impossible to sleep. We mentioned it to the receptionist and she mixed us to a quieter, slightly smaller room, which we were very grateful for. I will say the food was good and reasonably priced. The restaurant staff was way overworked on the weekends, but very pleasant anyway. They had a terrific 2 for 1 on drinks. I would return because the staff was great, but they have to sound proof the rooms facing the barco hundido or sit the clubs down at a reasonable hour.
