Everything was fine, but the bathroom is a bit uncomfortable because they have issues with the hot and cold water.

Great hotel for the area. We had the balcony and was really cool. Loved sitting out there and watching the boats. Can get a little loud

Lindo hotel, tiene todo arreglado para una estadía corta en Bocas del toro para hacer excursiones. Solo el baño es muy pequeño y no tuvimos agua caliente el primer día, pero el personal, muy amable, lo arreglo para el segundo.

Für einen Hotel, Stadt und Partyurlaub das perfekte Hotel, da es in der Nacht etwas lauter werden kann und man Ohropax bekommt, da es ein bekanntes Problem zu sein scheint. Sollte man eher ein Strand und entspannungsurlaub bevorzugen, wäre vermutlich ein anderes Hotel auf z.b den anderen Inseln nicht verkehrt. Zum Strand braucht man zu fuß ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Taxi vermutlich 10 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und möglichkeiten Unternehmungen zu buchen. Fahrradverleih, mopedverleih und motorradverleih in der Nähe vorhanden. Einige Clubs und Bars fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr hübsch, allerdings auch relativ hellhörig, auch in Bezug auf die anderen Gäste. Die Wasserversorgung war so mehh, es kam viel Luft aus den Leitungen udnan wurde beim Händewaschen nass.

​Our stay at Bocas Paradise Hotel was excellent, primarily due to its unbeatable location. ​The Highlights: ​Prime Location: Being right on the main street of Isla Colon made it incredibly easy to explore the town, find dining options, and soak in the local atmosphere. ​Tour Convenience: If you're planning on doing any excursions, this is the place to be. The boat tours are located right next door, which made our morning departures seamless. ​Atmosphere & Noise: While the hotel is close to the nearby clubs, we found the noise levels to be perfectly manageable. I had packed earplugs just in case after reading previous reviews, but we actually never needed to use them. ​Overall, a great home base for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action in Bocas del Toro!

Room was not cleaned properly and towels were not replaced when dirty.

Hôtel très bien situé, downtown. Près de tout. Super propre. Nous avons adoré. Seul point négatif à considérer : très bruyant car près des bars. Mais parfait pour nous.

TV remote half worked, no sports on any TV. Towels and wash cloths was a struggle almost everyday. Overall pretty nice place and staff was great.

There is a nightclub two doors down that is crazy loud until after 2am every night!

I got a balcony but their is a dance club that blasts music until 2-3am Wed- Monday. Got sick with sinus issues lack of sleep and i think dirty AC. I had to go to clinic and get coigh medicine, and antibiotic. I will try to get my 7th night back through insurance as i left 1 night early. Staff is just there,

Very nice place I love it. Music is a little bit loud but the hotel provides earplugs when you put it on you don’t hear anything. People is very nice from the front desk all the way to the kitchen stuff cleaning everybody’s really nice. We appreciate everything

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel par l’intermédiaire du site Hôtel.com. 5 nuits du 9 au 14 février, chambre 204. Hôtel, il est dit rénové oui mais au combien moche. Salle de bain, le sol de la douche est très très glissant, l’éclairage et la prise ne fonctionnaient pas. Pas de machine à café, pas de réfrigérateur, se dont disposent d’autre chambre. Nous n’avons pas été convié au cocktail de bienvenue, réservé pour d’autres clients! Première nuit sans problèmes à part les clients indélicats qui parlent dans les couloirs à toute heure, de la nuit. 2eme nuit vers 23 H, nous avons pensé qu’une grande partie de l’Hotel s'écroulait. Au niveau du 3 eme étage, nous supposons une rupture de canalisation. S’en suivie des bruits importants de travaux, à plus de 2 H du matin, toujours autant de bruit causé par les mouvements importants dans les couloirs. Pas d’eau chaude ni froide. Notre formule avec petit déjeuner, on nous fourni une carte, nous choisissons, salade de fruits et yaourt, dans de minuscules récipients se trouvent une salade de fruits toute gluante , et du yaourt que nous avons recraché car immangeable. A la fin du petit déjeuner, la serveuse nous a demandé de payer, chose que nous avons refusé, cette serveuse ne nous avait pas fournie la bonne carte. Au 2eme jour nous avons quitté cet hôtel car il ne correspondait pas du tout aux prestations que nous aurions espéré. Nous avons écrit un message à Hôtel.com pour demander le remboursement des 3 nuits res

We booked waterfront not thinking that water taxis are way louder than cars. The room was fine, it will need an upgrade soon. The breakfast was good and the service a bit weak.

Un hotel muy bonito, buena ubicación, rico desayuno. El problema es que no se puede dormir y descansar tranquilo por el ruido de la discoteca que esta casi a la par de la propiedad.

Elevator access and smell

Room was small but clean...one step above a dorm room. The TV didn't work, no flat surface for luggage, no safe, the sink didn't drain and no furniture, not even a chair. This a very crowded area of Bocas.
