I didn’t know what to expect, but I was amazed how nice and rustic this hotel was. The staff is very nice and will go out of their ways to understand us and our pour Spanish. I recommend strongly if you want to be close to everything and don’t want to pay to much. The only downside is it’s noisy outside at night because of the traffic, but I really didn’t mind. I will book again if I come back to Cuzco.

The property is lovely. The owner and staff are fantastic and 2 adorable dogs. The only downfall was the temperature in the rooms. Granted it was very rainy and chilly outside but a space heater would have been fantastic. Bring warm pajamas!

Great stay at the Victorian era home which has been turned into a sort of boutique hotel. I enjoyed my time at the place. They had flexible check in and check out for a few. Only gripe was that the bathroom was not attached and required a separate key. Also, they charge for small things like an extra egg at breakfast while discounting the fact that I didn't have breakfast for 2 out of 7 days.

The owner's hospitality knows no bounds; being bilingual, he goes out of his way to ensure a delightful stay, whether it's scheduling a taxi or providing directions. Eric at the front desk was an absolute delight, making my experience even more enjoyable. The presence of two friendly dogs added a lovely touch to the warm ambiance. Beyond the warm reception, the value for the price was outstanding. The attic room, in particular, felt like a home away from home, cozy and comforting. The flexibility to leave our luggage and the warm welcome upon our return were thoughtful gestures that left a lasting impression. Furthermore, the property showcased excellent organization, safety, and cleanliness. The provision of complimentary coca tea and water 24/7 was a considerate touch, aiding in acclimatization. The Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the premises was reliable, adding to the overall convenience. Without a doubt, I look forward to revisiting this haven and reliving the wonderful experience.

The staff is friendly and helpful. This property looks more like a hostel not a hotel. The bedrooms are small and have basic amenities. I personally had some issues with the travel agency that the hotel recommended so I'd suggest other travelers to check on other local travel agencies upon arrival.
