When I arrive Lima My luggages had not arrived. I was very worry and concern. The staff work the extra mile to retrieve my bag with the airline company that I travel. I gave me access to facilities resource to obtain my luggages. Excellent staff

The property is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. While the size of room/bed was as to be expected (nothing extravagant), multiple amenities were not included. Some of these include an ac unit, in room mini fridge, safe, and mattress topper. After spending a week here, the missing items were noticeable. I reached out to multiple people and was not able to resolve the issue before the end of my stay.

This hotel is quite basic. The breakfast is okay with flavorless coffee. The rooms are a good size with worn bedding and a soft mattress. The hotel towels are the most gray-ish and thin towels I've experienced in a while. The front desk staff do not all speak English. But the hotel is inexpensive and in a good location.
