호텔 산타 크루즈

2인이 숙박하기에는 다소 좁았습니다.

예약한 방이랑은 조금 다른 방을 준 것 같은데 혼자 쓰기에 불편 없이 잘 사용하였습니다.

호텔 직원들은 친절하고, 교통은 좋고, 주변 환경도 좋음. 단지 침실이 낡아서 호텔같은 분위기가 안남.

룸이 심플, 깨끗하고, 아침식사의 딸기요거트와 모닝빵이 아주 맛있었어요. 미라플로레스 중심가는 도보로 약 30분거리입니다.

In general, this hotel has a good location and the room was quite clean.

The sheets don’t fit the beds, towels old. Breakfast was not included.

Cheap price, but you can do better. Rooms are tired (peeling flooring, curtains don’t fully close), very noisy (including construction type work) and bad breakfast.

Paper this wall, you hear everything next door including toilet activities. Not hot water. No extra blankets. Old run down facility.

We took a taxi from airport to the hotel. Hotel reception told us the hotel had cancelled our reservation. I contact Hotel.com customer service, and they said they will follow up with the hotel for refund. The following is Hotel.com respond : Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to get your refund. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted.

Hotel muy viejo! descuidado ,feo ,sucio ,todos los ambientes y habitación con un extraño e insoportable olor a humedad , metal y pesticida, en lavamanos también olor a podrido , colchon, sábanas ,toallas , almohadas de lo peor , desayuno no lo pude tomar porque alegan que no estaba incluido en lreserva a pesar que "sí" estaba incluido. En conclusión de la A a la Z toda calificación es de cero para este hotel.

The neighborhood is great

Great location

Noisy hotel. Rooms are painted in depressing dark colors. Inner rooms are boxes, no windows. 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Shower drainage is a size of a coin, takes forever to drain. Bed was terrible, pillows were razor thin. Breakfast is almost finished a 9:15 am, although it should be till 10:00 am. Broken curtain, light all day and night. Rusty fridge. Have to get tv, air condition control from reception. Had to switch room 2 times at check in. Will never stay at the hotel again. Paid same price for much better hotel in Miraflores. Exceptional, good and very good reviews: really? for this hotel. Misleading reviews, and photos in the hotel description. No in room safe, misleading and wrong. Safe is at reception.

Lo que me gusto fue su ubicación ya que esta cerca de restaurantes y comercios, No me gusto sus camas, al acostarme me undí en el colchón, muy viejito al parecer, y a una amiga en su baño tenia sangre en la tasa, la tuvieron que cambiar de habitación. El servicio del bar muy bueno, el barman muy atento preparo deliciosos tragos

Good hotel

O hotel tem boa localização, bem próximo ao calçadão de Miraflores, onde pode-se fazer uma gostosa caminhada com o visual do Pacífico. Há uma boa área comercial próxima ao hotel e acesso a linhas de ônibus urbanos.

The property is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. While the size of room/bed was as to be expected (nothing extravagant), multiple amenities were not included. Some of these include an ac unit, in room mini fridge, safe, and mattress topper. After spending a week here, the missing items were noticeable. I reached out to multiple people and was not able to resolve the issue before the end of my stay.
