This is a memorable place for us because this is where I said yes to my husband on our engagement as well as our prewedding photo shoot at the same time. Expect the unexpected. A nice cute hotel near the Cebu Airport including a big room (25 sqm) with a safe/tresor. Bathroom average clean. Wow, a small clean pool outside, nice restaurant, good breakfast, good coffee, and best price. I like it already.

When you look at this hotel it seems cheap from the outside but inside, it is very clean (though small), well maintained, service is top notch! There is also a nice restaurant at the back of the hotel building with nice ambiance. If I travel to Cebu on a budget or just to have a place to rest before flying somewhere else, I will certainly go back to Eloisa. A newly discovered gem.
