The location is just in front of Allsons Inn.. Its a newly built establishment.. I Had a Great Stay here for 2 nights.. key card rooms, neatly tucked linens and very functional bathroom.. I only would like them to place even just an open shelves where I can hang my bag and clothing.. aside from that .. I had an awesome stay.. I would stay again here for my next trip

First of all, I am from Indonesia and really grateful for the service in Rublin Hotel. Big thank you for the staff, it's awesome, the friendliest, and hotel service above and beyond. The room is clean, hot water, and Wi-Fi work very well. The best choice in Cebu City and close to everywhere. My wife and I will be back again and will share with our relatives as well. Good value for money. Clean, and easily accessible. Staff are honest. During final checking (prior to our check out), the housekeeping staff found my watch under the pillows, they notified the front desk staff and gave back the item to me.
