It's a budget hotel. great location. immediate surrounding area is not the greatest. staff is friendly and helpful

Clean and quiet. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. Wifi was spotty but mostly ok. Staff VERY friendly and accommodating.

Zerenity Hotel is a better hotel then i expected. Nice, comfortable and cozy.

We stay room 310, 408 and 406. Room 310, the exhaust fan from ceiling is dripping with water and straight to toilet bowl. You will get wet while you will pee or pass motion. There is no hand and face towel provided at all. no room slippers and door card is not working. I need to open by keys manualy. It is very hassle. The toilet alot of molds on shower side .lastly the kettle provided has burning smell when using it Bathroom towel and bathroom rug is also dirty. No hygiene Room 408/406 - the toilet bowl will not flush, it over flow when flushing. very dirty. Can not even fix it even after changing toilet bowl itself The key card is not working, we need to always use manual keys to open the room. I find that the hotel is new but the amenities is not well maintained. we requested to change room so that we will have better stay but they don't have spare room. And unfortunately they are not able to fix the issues we escalate to them. so we end up we check out early and move to other hotel to stay. I hope the hotel will get improved and provide the basic necessity. And be prepared especially if peak season. Overall experience is bad and dont pass the basic requirement for accomodation

Cleanliness and Staff & Service are Excellent. Dining and Transportation are very accessible. Most importantly, it's affordable.

No hot water for shower. Toilet flush is seldom fail or repeatedly do so it will flush. Remote TV is not working.

I have stayed numerous times over the past year, it’s my favourite for location, price, excellent staff service

It was a fairly nice neighborhood and lively atmosphere. Not too crowded.

This was my second visit to the hotel and the #1 reason I love about this place are the Staff. Then you have the cleanliness of the room, and super close to IT Park (where everything is happening). The shower definitely needs an upgrade to make them all "rain shower" and an even distribution of hot and cold water. Wi-fi connections needs to be improved vastly because I do a lot of business online while on vacation. May I also suggest to have a 2 station internet cafe that are connected to a high-speed internet cable, again for tourists who does business online while on vacation. Over all, because of the Staff, Management, and tidiness of the room I'll give this place a 4 star! You can be on the bank that I will be back here next year!

Not happy with my stay, and I left my amenities in the room hotel did not even bother to info me upon checkout.

When we were on the way up to our rooms, we had a hard time operating the elevator and the staff who heard us did not bother to help us. Security guard was the one who helped us. When we went to our room, the air conditioner was not working properly and when we asked if there was another room we could move into even if we had to upgrade to a higher accomodation, the front desk personnel Jasper (he would not give us his full name) put us on hold for a long time then was snarky when we put in our request. To top it off, the toilet did not flush. The front desk personnel was not helpful and was in fact downright rude. The morning front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. That Jasper Ian Sericon and the condition of the property needs to be attended to.

The staff are excellent. Good cleaning and sanitation. Small restaurant with a good but limited menu. Polite servers. This is an older building and has plumbing problems. I changed rooms but the second room also had plumbing problems. Maintenance guy responded quickly but confided that the plumbing is his struggle constantly.

The room 504 showr has problem already inform staff

It’s my first booking in this hotel. I’ve been visiting Cebu monthly and wanted to try something different this time. I found this hotel fairly good. I liked the room, they keep it clean and neat, but hard poor Wifi signal. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, but the staff dealt with that immediately. Overall, I’m okay with the hotel and would probably book again.

Zerenity Hotel and Suites is clean, new and strategically located in the business district (Cebu IT Park). It is close to restaurants, banks, coffee shops, Sugbo Mercado and The Pyramid (a must see spot in Cebu City). It is also close to most of the tourist spots in Cebu City. It is comparable to a 5* hotel in terms of service and cleanliness, except some of their services require extra fee - like pressing of clothes, bedroom slippers, etc. They also offer free breakfast but the choices are limited - no bacon, meat loaf, ham, hash brown and cereal. Most of the time it was just scrambled egg and sausages. They should serve local Cebu delicacies for tourists to try like danggit, Cebu longganisa, dried mangoes, etc. Overall, it is still a pleasing hotel with a service similiar to a 5* hotel. Room rates are reasonable too. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, very close to IT park which had lots of restaurants and shopping. Basic clean hotel. Staff very friendly and nice. Good price during Sinulog.
