Clean and good place to stay

Everything is okay just disappointed they don’t have Pandisal Filipino traditional breakfast bread, Going back home that’s my first breakfast want to have with coffee, Hopefully they will have it next year, coz am going back home.

Clean room and quiet

Absolutely all staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We purchased with breakfast included, the breakfast was OK but could do with improvement. The room was very nice but had a few minor faults such as one reading light wasn’t working so I reported it to concierge so they did not take a fee from the 5000 peso deposit. One curtain retaining hook was not secured to the wall which I also reported to prevent being charged. One wardrobe door had loose hinges so it would not close properly, you have to close the doors together. The shower recess drain must have been partially blocked as the water would build up and take a while to drain out. The electronic sign board in the lift and foyer advertised a really nice looking dish at Kim Bun but when we went there for lunch, we were told that is an old menu item and no longer available, I had to show the waitress a photo of this advertisement for her to understand this menu item not on the menu. She said she will have to let IT know, I also let the concierge know. It was all OK but I feel that to let them know will better improve all customers experience. House keeping was good as well as doormen and security. Overall it was a good experience but they could do a little better.

Very disappointed. Service appalling, especially in bars and restaurants. Reception staff very friendly but not helpful. ‘Computer says no’ quite often!!!! Our room was perfectly acceptable and we had a lovely view of Mayon volcano. Tried to book shuttle bus back to airport as we arrived but told it was full. The day we were leaving about to book a Grab taxi they rang and said shuttle waiting for us. That is typical of what we experienced. This is not a luxury hotel by western standards but probably is by Philippines standard.

Great staff and good food. The location pretty requires transportation to go anywhere. Malls, shopping and food (beyond hotel) requires a Grab or taxi.

There was hidden fees it cost me arm and a leg staying at this place. After paying additional bed and people. When checking out they asked another additional fee.

There are many options for breakfast since it is a buffet. There are other restaurants within the hotel, including a massage spa and a bank. The staff are very hospitable and accommodating. Rooms are clean and regularly cleaned and maintained.
