Lovely breakfast, beautifully designed and great location. Marked down as there was no hot water for a shower the next day, we reported this to the hotel and didn’t receive a response at all, would be hesitant to go back after that.

Lovely hotel, first time staying, the staff were lovely on arrival and made me feel very welcome. The room that I had on the 3rd floor was great, very spacious for a junior suite. The room was clean throughout. The bathroom unfortunately had a loose bit of metal on the shower frame, which looked as though it had been glued on, not fixed to the other part of the shower itself. Other than that, the room was lovely, bed was huge. Sofa was very comfy too The tv was a decent size but unfortunately the casting facilties it claimed to have were offline and locked by the hotel, I was only there one night but it might be an annoyance for guest staying more nights and want to use it with their laptop, tablet or phone for a bigger screen.

Dear Hotels.com Customer Service, I am a fan of Hotels.com, a loyal customer and recently booked a Junior Suite at Radisson Blu Hotel for 7–9 February 2026. The booking was made specifically for the hotel’s advertised leisure facilities—gym, swimming pool, sauna, and spa—which were a decisive factor in my choice. Shortly after booking, I was informed via email that these facilities were closed until 2026. As the reservation was non-refundable, there was no realistic way to cancel or change plans. The lack of upfront disclosure left me feeling misled and the stay significantly diminished the intended purpose of the visit. I request your assistance in obtaining appropriate redress from the hotel, such as a refund or equivalent compensation.
