All staff were very professional and friendly from the moment we arrived. Check-in was quick and easy. Had some food at the bar which was delicious. Breakfast was also very nice. Would recommend this hotel.

Dear Hotels.com Customer Service, I am a fan of Hotels.com, a loyal customer and recently booked a Junior Suite at Radisson Blu Hotel for 7–9 February 2026. The booking was made specifically for the hotel’s advertised leisure facilities—gym, swimming pool, sauna, and spa—which were a decisive factor in my choice. Shortly after booking, I was informed via email that these facilities were closed until 2026. As the reservation was non-refundable, there was no realistic way to cancel or change plans. The lack of upfront disclosure left me feeling misled and the stay significantly diminished the intended purpose of the visit. I request your assistance in obtaining appropriate redress from the hotel, such as a refund or equivalent compensation. Modern hotel. with nice rooms, good location with an upbeat ambience. Breakfast was great too. Would recommend and go back for a future visit

Spotless spacious room, excellent breakfast, courteous staff....ticked all boxes.

Charged double for 2 breakfasts - still not refunded nor was refund request responded to. Towels in room not changed. Water pressure in shower terrible and query about that not resolved or followed up on

Great stay smart hotel

Hotel lindo y bien ubicado, la atenxion buena, el Bar muy comodo y ricos tragos. Nuestra habitacion era muy grabde y muy conoda recomiendo este hotel porq esta muy centrico

First impressions are everything and when I checked in the receptionist, Haqui, was exemplary. She was professional, friendly, obliging, customer friendly and a credit to the hotel. The room was large, the bathroom and shower were good and the bed was very comfortable. I had an evening meal which was very good and again with excellent customer service. The location is very central and I highly recommend the Radisson Blu hotel.

Rooms were dirty, moved three times and still dirty , very disappointed in our stay

Rooms were well equipped, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent with efficient setup. The area is right by Central Station, which isn't pretty, but is near shopping and transport hubs. We had adjoining rooms. There were no balconies as far as I could tell. It's a convenient and friendly hotel.

Perfect for one night stay. Got access to room early as hotel seemed quiet. Room was spacious and well presented with tea and quality coffee making facilities. Breakfast had a wide range of options of quality food. Haggis was excellent! Good range of non dairy ‘milks’ but didn’t use as all were from the barista range containing unhealthy seed oils. All in all an excellent stay with helpful and happy staff.
