During my travels, the staff was absolutely above and beyond my expectations with their helpfulness. Especially Colin, the evening manager and John, the general manager. They both were very helpful and provided me everything I needed during my stay. Thank you!!!

The hotel was fab. Very clean, professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. A special mention for Chloe who checked us in, she was extremely helpful! The rooms were spotless, beds comfortable and we all really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to refurbishment but to be honest there was absolutely no disturbance or noise during our stay. Breakfast was plentiful, great variety and delicious. We will definitely be back.

In the heart of Glasgow, was hard to drop off our bags but there is some street parking down one side street of the hotel and parking overnight was free. Easier to get to than the parking station. One of our room guests had to move due to the noise the window was making when the room was heating up, rather odd, but staff were great, great working area downstairs in foyer with thoughtfully placed powerpoints. Wetherspoons pub across the road for some cheap ales, shopping strip on the right when leaving the hotel. Next to the train station. Ice Station on every level and ice bucket in the rooms.

Its a great hotel stay there quite alot was disappointed the tv wasn't working our full stay and it was a hotel wide issue not great for the money you spend!

Lovely clean hotel. Problems with Expedia and Radisson communications resulting in us not getting the rooms we booked. For a while it looked like we weren't getting in at all! Rooms very comfy and warm, breakfast was fine.
