The location of hotel was great, all amenities, room was big and clean, great lighting in bathroom with the magnifying mirror. Lovely toiletries to use too. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and I can see why it is award winning. Lovely manager in breakfast room, a lady who helped us, wish I'd got her name but she was serving on 5th December in the morning and a special shout out to John who was on concierge, he was funny, friendly and gave us tips on Glasgow sightseeing and stored our cases twice for us. He was wonderful. Thanks to all for a fantastic stay. We loved Glasgow, the sights, food and friendly people. We will be back.

A lovely hotel, staff all brilliant, room was nice. The only problem was the pillows, they were pretty solid and not particularly comfortable to sleep on - it might be worth them investing in some new ones or offering 2 with different firmness.

Room service. Bed had not been made up during the day but someone had clearly been in. Staff were lovely but appeared a bit rushed. Hotel seemed understaffed for such a busy period.

Booked hotel due to proximity of event we were attending. Room was okay for the money and had everything needed, though tv channel choice not as good as other hotels in area. Had booked breakfast at hotel that was unfortunately a BIG mistake. Arriving just after 9.00am on a Sunday the hot buffet selection was nearly empty (no eggs, bacon and beens all but empty). Had to mention to two staff before anything done and girl brought out a ‘fresh’ supply of scrambled eggs that were luke warm at best! Sausages were also like cardboard, fruit juice (in urns) concentrated and very diluted, with little taste, and whole hot breakfast was well be low par, than that expected in a 4star hotel. Then tried croissants instead and these looked okay until you cut into them and inside looked uncooked and mushy! Would recommend to others that you don’t waste your money on booking breakfast and go out to local pubs/cafes serving breakfast instead. Guarantee it will be far better than the Radisson’s. Overall impression of Radisson Blue, Glasgow is that there are far better choices of hotel elsewhere in area.

Booked a premium room and were allocated one next to the lifts. The hotel has an ongoing issue with them which caused a loud continual mechanical banging noise. As such we hardly slept. Reception staff advised they were aware and could only apologise
