Fairmont Singapore

Hotel overall was good, location was great and room was really nice. But the staff on arrival made me feel like such an inconvenience. Which travelling alone and landing at midnight is already stressful enough, the front counter staff weren’t extactly most welcoming.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff was great and it was in a convenient location, The pool was being worked on during our staff but the hotel offered free transportation to a nearby hotel. I would highly recommend this property.

Room was great, pool not working and they never told us that before check in.

The Concierge was exceptional! I wish we had gotten his name. My husband thought he lost his wallet coming through immigration at the cruise port. The concierge called to inquire. Then he called the taxi that we rode in from the port to the hotel. It was found. Then he arranged to store our luggage and secure a limo taxi for the ride to the airport. We gave him a US gold plated coin to show our appreciation. You are lucky to have him.

Great location, amazing property and very helpful staff.

Everything from check in to check out was perfect at the Fairmont. We did splash and pay for a Gold room which gave us access to their gold lounge on level 25. Upon check in in the lobby, I was whisked away by a staff member to the gold lounge where I was greeted by another lovely staff member. There we were able to sit on a couch and have a few refreshments while we were checked in. Although the room wasn’t ready we were able to stay in the lounge and utilise the snacks and refreshments until it was ready which was a great help. The room was lovely and the view impeccable. Our room was on level 23 looking out towards MBS and the Disney Adventure Cruise ship. We had an evening flight the day of checkout and again the staff were so accommodating in regards to a later check out 1pm and again, the use of the gold lounge facility, spa, pool, showers until our airport transfer arrived at 3pm. We were able to leave our luggage in our room at checkout and they had staff collect them and send to the lobby ready for our departure. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels before this one, but I’ve never been treated so well until staying at the Fairmont. The next time we’re in Singapore I won’t hesitate booking here again. Thank you.

For a 5 star hotel, the room carpet was old and dirty. Some parts are sticky and just give the old experience and dont look great. Some furniture was old and not furnished. Staff service can be better too

Beautiful hotel with incredible view of Singapore. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is right next to a Mall offering shopping opportunies and numerous places to eat. Raffles is across the street. The location is walkable and offers easy access by taxi or bus to destinations further away.

Comfortable, clean room & great service. Excellent experience in gold lounge. Very disappointed that we were not informed until arrival that the pool was closed. No fridge available in room, as it was filled with minibar items & automatic charges if anything was removed for our own use.

Good central location and close to malls and different areas to explore. Truly 5 star experience

The view was quite unpleasant due to the renovation work at swimming pool.

Spent 10 days here and on general the hotel is fantastic. The lounge on the 25th floor is great for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. Overall a great experience at a good price. My only complaint would be the internet. The speed is not great and it keeps dropping. Overwise a great stay. Love the location and the services.

Highly recommend the Gold club. Shakira, Evon, James and Jeremiah are the best! So kind and went beyond anything I have ever experienced in all my travels! The views are incredible and you can watch the Spectra from the Gold Club. Excellent location near many attractions. Food is excellent. Breakfast is in 3 locations and is delicious! 5 stars

Gym weight room small but good enough for a great workout.
