Room was very spacious and clean. Good very good and varied choice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

What hits you as soon as you enter the hotel is the scent in the air. Delicate, pretty and wonderful. Then the opulence of the lobby. Tasteful, but not over the top. The staff is friendly and helpful and truly make you feel valued.

Staff was very hospitable the moment I entered. Fantastic view, wonderful room.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay ! My room was spacious and clean. The view out my window was breathtaking. I was able to check in early after a cruise , which was great since I wasn't feeling well post cruise . The hotel is right next to Suntec city which has the red and blue hop on and off bus. It is in the same building as Raffles shopping mall also . The pool area was nice and the Breakfasts at both restaurants was excellent! The spa was also therapeutic for may cold .... This hotel was the Cherry on my holiday trip .... Thank you for a great stay ! Love Singapore !

The rooms in this hotel have been recently renovated so that’s a huge plus. BUT… When I took a fine arts design course in college, the mantra that was drilled into me was “form follows function”, meaning design should not hinder functionality. The designers of this hotel’s renovation seem to have flipped that mantra on its head. Functionally has been hindered by the design. Two examples: The bed has been placed in the middle of the room so that you can look out at the city view while in bed. Great, except that leaves only a narrow walking path to navigate all around the room. I have a clamshell suitcase and there was only one corner of the room with enough floor space for me to open my luggage. That then prevented me from walking around the bed on that side of the room. The shower stall in the bathroom also contains a full size soaking tub. Great, except that doesn’t leave enough comfortable space in the shower to actually stand up and shower. I found I had to either turn the shower head away from the tub, which sent water past the partial glass shower partition into the sink area and hallway, or to prevent that I had to turn the head towards the tub and bump against the tub while showering. A smaller tub angled in the corner of the shower stall would have prevented this problem, but that wasn’t the design aesthetic they wanted.

Didnt have breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Property was clean throughout. Excellent spa facilities. Would stay again.

The room was extremely comfortable. The settings and views of the Marina Bay were pleading to see.

Everything was to the high Fairmont standards

We had a great stay at Fairmont. Loved the view from the balcony. Breakfast that was included as part of the stay was quite good. We had plenty of options to choose from. Overall a great experience. Special mention to Robert who welcomed us at the entrance. He was quite helpful with any assistance we required.

Fairmont Singapore was outstanding highly recommend. Opted for Gold lounge access, which was well worth the additional expense. Jest, Ham, James, Alan and Shakira took care of us like we were royalty😊. All went over and above to ensure our stay was a memorable one. Thank you all!

Great place to stay. Access to the shopping centre also near mrt train which can take you to most places Great pool area.

Top class hotel - faultlessly efficient and friendly service. Lovely room with great view of Marina Bay. Brilliant housekeeping - the best I’ve ever experienced. Great location - opposite Raffles Hotel and Long Bar.
