Outside paving is a trip hazard. The lateness of cleaning and servicing. Who wants to return to their room and servicing has not been done. On a plus side, staff, no matter which position they hold, are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to approach.

My room was large and clean and though it was next to the lift there was no noise from it. The hotel itself was a standard Ibis product, well run with a sense that you were in good hands. I was most impressed with the staff who were friendly and efficient and had an excellent attitude to the guests. I dealt mainly with Grace and Sean at Reception and Jomari and Mona in the Pool bar and I was impressed with how they remained cheery and calm no matter how much was asked of them, always a sign of good managent and good staff. Well done Ibis

Excellent hotel for the price and the hotel staff are friendly. The public transport is not perfect though, there is atleast 300m walk without shade to the bus stops, then take a bus to the train station. Overall it is a recommended accommodation.

Hi everyone I stayed 5 nights and breakfast but they charged me 6 nights and breakfast. Please check the day and time of arrival and 2 days for the service room. The breakfast every day is almost the same food. You get water filled up on level 4. I am so disappointed

The hotel is ok! That’s about it. I would not stay there again. It’s not very clean, gym is tiny, rooms are tiny, bathroom kinda filthy. It’s fine for a short stay but definitely not for longer than 3 nights

The room cleaning was often very late in the day, which was an inconvenience as room service is every other day now. Singapore is easy to get around so Macpherson offers comfort at a good price

Asked for utensils at night but was told the kitchen was closed and not able to provide. I just think just go to the kitchen and get the utensils for me so that I can eat my meals. Didn’t come to clean the room even though they said they will clean the room every second day. We got a room changed when we complained.

We arrived late due to delayed flight. Let hotel know in advance. When we arrived told system down would need to wait about 30 minutes. However the desk guy got us sorted in about 5 minutes. Hotel fine for basic overnight. Only issue was very hard pillows.

Unfortunately, this is probably a standard IBIS hotel. Rooms are small, smell like mold, there was no drinking water in the room so only way to get water was a vending machine outside that only took coins or a gas station. Cleaning services knocked and rang at my room at 8am then just opened the door. Area around the hotel has seen better days. I normally stay away from Ibis hotels but had to because of early meetings near location.

This Brian Lane. I booked the reservation for my daughter and her mother. Unfortunately, there was a problem at the check-in for their flight and they were never allowed to board. We were told that the flight can be rebooked within 30 days. Also unfortunately, trying to contact to the airlines regarding the rebooking has been fruitless, but I am still trying. If I am allowed to rebook the flight is Ibis Styles in Singapore willing to help us out with a rebooking as well, hopefully at some form of discounted price???? Thank you BRIAN M. LANE
