Horrible service and Hotel facilities

房間的正中間有一條大柱，很不方便 清潔不足，有小蟑螂，蟻，蜘蛛及蜘蛛網 兩天執房一次，換來的毛巾有塵的 價格也不便宜，選這裡只因近在工作地點 服務員沒有一個懂客人優先的基本要求 第一次對一家酒店有不清潔的感覺

房間有2天沒有wifi

It was an awful experience. The room that hotel gave me was occupied by someone. When I open the door, there was a man inside and the front desk staff blaming me that I went to the wrong room- I argue with him because the key card he gave me, how could I go to the wrong room? Second, my friend's room was full of flies, very dirty so she requested to exchange room. The cleaniness was bad, the housekeeper didn't clean everyday. The hotel was crowd and noisy. Overall it was a very uncomfortable journey, I do not recommend people to visit and I would never visit again.

Small room with poor design. The bathroom door won't open fully without blocking the corridor inside the room. And the air circulating inside the washroom is terrible, making the bathroom smelly. The room even does not have a fixed table. Offering a small and movable table, I feel very uneasy when using my computer as a businessman taking a business trip in SG. And the location of the hotel is super wrong! No convenience store, no shop, no food nearby, and only have 4 gas stations rounding the hotel. The "Mall" under the hotel only have a bar without supplying food. And no other kind of shop inside. Walk 20mins to the "near" MRT station. Unless you only need a place to wash and sleep. Otherwise, I strongly do not recommend this hotel to everyone.

睡床发现有蚂蚁爬

Towels are extremely dirty with obvious stains. The towels are so soiled that you don’t want to use. Called for assistance at around 12:xx am but no one pick up the phone. Basically, the hotel does not care your needs. No privacy inside the room. You have to put your clothes and towels outside the bathroom but your partner will be able to see you when you open the bathroom door. Highly not recommended!

在飯店連住四天、四天當中完全不會有人進來幫你整理、沒有人換毛巾而且毛巾也不夠、不提供牙刷沒有拖鞋、明天電視壞的、插座熱水器也是壞的、進房前他們的房務人員一定沒有檢查，泳池跟健身房看起來好像還不錯，但是早上的餐廳幾乎是印度人專屬，全部都走來走去在走道上就用手拿東西吃，整個用餐環境品質很差，不到九點枱面上幾乎有½是空的，附近沒有什麼超商，樓下的商場只剩下酒吧跟卡拉OK，房間需要什麼服務都要叫兩三次，房價將近4000，卻是一星級旅館服務！

Many customers there are from mainland China. But the main point i want to say is, they always making huge noise when closing doors in the morning and talking loudly next to my room. The room environment just pass but i recommend the hotel can better to provide bottle of water instead of boiling water for the customers. And hotel location is quite far away from the train station also, a bit disappointed on it.

櫃檯人員太不夠專業，效率太爛

1.非常脏，被子枕头发黄，床上有头发污垢，之前的客人所用过被子枕头没换（酒店已经知晓确认） 2.checkin后用卡开门，居然房间里面有人。 3.设施差，洗手池堵塞 总结：可怕的体验

跟網路照片完全是兩碼子事，或許是我們用折扣碼入住比較便宜的關係吧，被分到一間正中央有一個非常巨大的柱子的房間，搞得原本就很小的房間更小，很有壓迫感，如果得到的房間是 X38 這樣的房號，大概可以在登記入住時就要求要換房，不然會很不舒服。 第二天一早跟櫃檯要求要換房，早班櫃檯說早上還在整理房間，所以要我問晚班，在外頭一整天晚上回到飯店，問了晚班櫃檯，A 職員原本正要查詢，B 職員馬上說不可能換房，因為現在沒有 House keeping，我表示說一早出門到現在，都還沒上樓，房間都沒有動，馬上又改口跟我說要問早班，被推來推去感覺非常差勁，最後直接放棄不再要求換房，第三晚就乾脆這樣住。 浴室很小，開門轉身都不是很方便，熱水還會突然變很熱，還有奇怪的味道，像是水溝味，大概是從排水孔上來的吧。 早餐變化少，但還算可以，地點很偏僻，超過 10 點附近就沒什麼吃的，也沒有 7-11，晚上想吃東西只能叫外送，因為寸土寸金的關係，飯店還很天才的把冰箱放在一個櫃子裡頭，結果搞得冰箱根本無法散熱，冰箱打開來是溫的，叫溫箱大概貼切一點。 飯店距離地鐵 Matta 站大概走路 10 分鐘的距離，唯一的優點大概就是有接駁車可以送到捷運站或是 China Town，不過一小時一班還只有單程，要自己注意時間，至於回程，還是認命點慢慢走。 雖然早就知道新加坡住宿房價高，但一晚 3000 得到這種品質的住宿實在是讓人不敢領教，下次會寧願多加一點住別的地方。

Nothnig else may be price are cheaper but all of facilities not so good, guest room so small and denstination inconvenient.

早餐變化較少，連續吃了4天，有點膩。離附近的地鐵站較遠，平均約花10多分鐘才可到。但2樓有超市可補足日用品。

新加坡酒店內沒有牙刷套和細毛巾，有餐廳近泳池是好方便。有免費酒店接送車，那司機很有禮貌。浴室和廁所燈光不足。

Okay for couple but not for family! The room was too small, no space if you have two luggage.

尚可接受，新淨但清潔上可再加強點，泳池在餐廳側面則有點奇怪

第二天晚上, 因持續的馬達聲而無法入睡, 因為從沒停過, 在寧靜的夜裡因為它而失眠, 進而影響隔天的出差精神, 第三天晚上向飯店反應, 有位工程師過來看了之後, 告訴我這是中央空調系統, 須跟前台確認如何處理, 雖然該工程師很親切, 但後來也沒告知要如何處理, 如果當晚能幫我換到不吵的房間, 我覺得這一切都很美好

1.飯店隔音很差，凌晨12點左右，隔壁房講話聲，吵鬧聲特別大聲，後來下樓請櫃檯人員處理，就沒再吵鬧，但隔天晚上，仍是很吵，只是沒前一晚誇張。 2.飯店早餐算很豐富，樣式多。 3.地理位置離捷運站及市區都較遠，出門一趟要花不少時間。 4.沙發床太小，無法給2位兒童睡(10-11歲)，後來只能睡地上。訂2大2小，備品、水杯等，都只給3人份，事後還要去櫃檯要。床被只提供2人份，同樣事後去跟櫃檯要。 5.浴室淋浴間沒有門，水會噴到地上，容易滑倒。不過，浴室空間寬敞。
