Very spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The whole hotel was very clean. Buffet breakfast and lunch were full of varieties. Hotel staff were professional and friendly.

The hotel location is very strategic, with plenty of eateries and mini markets nearby, and it’s not far from the MRT station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist, Mr. Mark, was friendly and communicated well, especially when we checked out in the early morning to go to the airport. He stayed on duty and waited until our Grab ride arrived. Thank you, Hotel 81 Changi. I hope to visit Singapore again 😊

The staff, Mr. Mao, was very cooperative as we checked in late at night, and our room was upgraded. There's a halal restaurant right next to the hotel, a clean swimming pool, and clean rooms with city views.

I was recently stayed at 81 Tristar Hotel, in Singapore. The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, also the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Clean! 200m to Lavender MRT. Easy access. It is the quality of Worldwide Hotel Group as expected. However, I was surprised by wonderful customer service! After knowing that I would take a night scheduled flight, James at the front desk gave me a special late check-out time. Thank you so much, James! I really appreciate it. Booked for my parents during their trip to Singapore. They really enjoyed their stay at Venue Hotel The Lily. Everything is really nice, staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, spacious, and cozy. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel is amazing. It's undergone a dramatic transformation. I first booked this hotel in 1992, when it was called Hotel 81 Classic. In 2026 (34 years later), I booked it again, with a remarkable transformation. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is surrounded by a food court, fresh fruit stalls, and fresh juices. It's close to public transportation, including the MRT and bus.

The staff is very friendly and accommodates red-eye flight check-in really well. All very smooth. Bed quality is very nice.

The hotel was very easy to find. Check-in was easy and the room spotless with a bathroom with shower also spotless. I rate the stay a 10 out of 10 and so glad I booked a place to rest and shower during my 8 hour layover in Singapore airport. I highly recommend - this was far better than trying to sleep in a chair in the airport before my 14 hour flight to Seattle.

Excellent location, amenities, and easy access to public transport (MRT, bus, taxi). The breakfast included was exceptional with a wide variety of choices for all; vegetarians and halal included. A great value for money stay and will certainly revisit for the next booking.

Hotel was located in the heritage Joo Chiat area, with many cafes and food options nearby. The room was well worth the price and would also recommend it for those who want to stay away from the city.

It's a clean and nice hotel. The view is also good on the rooftop. There is no pool, otherwise maybe it could be a 4* hotel. Location is also very close to MRT and malls. For price we paid worthy!

This is the third time I have stayed at this accommodation. A budget hotel that I highly recommend. 120 meters from the bus stop for all routes, close to a grocery kiosk selling mineral water, snacks and cheap instant food. The rooms are relatively small but clean, the cleaning staff will also clean every day. The neighborhood is always busy until morning.
