Great central location to walk and close to metro stations and a great hawker food market. The staff were friendly and professional, and the rooms were nice. Breakfast was very good and overall a great stay. I would highly recommend.

The most depressing hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms feels like a ditch , tiny, very high ceilings with one window that starts at 7 feet from the floor, you feel like you are trapped in a whole looking up. The common areas are tasteless, more like a cheap movie set. We left a day early, ran out of there without even trying to get a refund.

Disappointing stay. They charged me $80 extra per night for a room with a bath. But the water pressure in the hotel was so weak that it took nearly 90 minutes to properly fill the tub with water. Very disappointing.
