The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with modern rooms and comfortable spaces that immediately make you feel at ease. Housekeeping was consistent and the overall standard of cleanliness matched Singapore’s reputation for being spotless and organized. The location is extremely convenient, especially for exploring the city. It’s centrally located, close to public transportation, and within walking distance of great food options and major areas like Marina Bay and Chinatown. Getting around the city was effortless thanks to Singapore’s efficient transit system. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming, always willing to help with directions or recommendations. Their service added a warm, personal touch to the stay. Most importantly, the area felt very safe and secure, day and night. Singapore as a whole feels incredibly well-organized and secure, which made exploring comfortably and stress-free. Overall, QT Singapore is a stylish, clean, and convenient hotel in a city that feels friendly, efficient, and safe. I would absolutely recommend it and would stay here again

Staff were very friendly and accommodating we had an early flight on our last day and breakfast was included in our reservation so they offered to have breakfast sandwiches made for us for pick up from front desk at 6 am which was super helpful ! We will definitely stay at QT hotel again and reccomend to friends visiting Singapore. Great hotel and location
