Went with family, hotel staff were mostly friendly and helpful, the room is quite good for the price. It’s big and spacious for my family. It’s close to the food spaces nearby and within walking distance to Bugis. We got the breakfast package and the breakfast provided was quite good :)

Across to the Seven Eleven convenience store, and also the MRT, bus station also; even so many places to sit and eat here; the hotel staff so friendly, the room and bathroom just got an A+ point from me

The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is strategic, few mins walk from MRT and bus stations. I tried a 3-bedded room, and it's comfortable enough for 3 people to move around. It's worth the price.

The hotel was clean. But the bed is not comfortable. When we already in the room, They front office staff call to ask us come down again, to pay additional 30 $ for extra kid age 11, but when we prefer buy an extra bed 50 $, the room couldn't fit. They don't even show hotel regulation for this. So we ask for extra towel and pillow since we already paid 30$. They say yes, but we don't get both of it.

Room number 314 is not equipped with a cupboard, only a wardrobe, it would be better if there was a cupboard for storing clothes and suitcases.
